★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a big money to have my iPad repaired. It’s still $150 cheaper than what apple quote me though and I did see all good reviews so I had big hope and drive 40 minutes across the town.
It worked fine for 2 weeks and the screen had issue again, I was told there is nothing they can do. So I waste $375, should have gone to apple.
It’s a shame, from customer perspective I did nothing wrong, being polite and patient. Accepting Face ID cannot be repaired and I end up sticking with a broken iPad without Face ID and broken monitor as well. That’s after a big money repair. Nothing but disappointment. Apple did quote me $150 more but they can have everything repaired.
$375 for a lesson. It hurts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second experience with Igor and Geek Workshop. After the terrific job, Service. Price and speed I did not hesitate to bring in my computer, because Microsoft insisted that it be looked at professionally because of a series of office error messages and issues ongoing since April 2021. I brought it in before going out of town, and he reconfirmed the issues were not hardware and he refused any compensation because there was nothing he could do. I would not hesitate to get his team to work on my phones, laptops, tablets or computers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had 2 mobile phones repaired at the Geek Workshop, one for a battery replacement and one for a cracked screen. Both repairs were completed flawlessly. Igor is very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. The price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't actually go there, I called to check if they can fix my phone. Although they told me they won't fix Samsung phones right away, they stayed on the line and described a whole lot about why.
They also have me a lot of info about which phone are repairable and which are not, info about how phone values decline over time, and helped me with recommendations about next phone.
And I realize they have an impartial opinion because they're not a Apple fan boy.
I'm a tech person myself, and I was able to tell they are very knowledgeable about their field as well as being nice. I recommend that you at least check with them if you have an electronic device that needs a repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped my apple watch SE and the screen shattered. It wasn't covered by apple care+, so I had to pay nearly $300 which is almost the original price of a new SE. But I found this shop and they repair my apple watch at less than a half price of Apple's, and the watch works perfectly after the repair. They are so nice and response very quickly.

His prices are great, definitely provides more services than paid. Perfection!! Thank you very much Igor and blessings to you!!! 5 stars is not enough for a 7 work! =))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igor took care of me to replace just the glass off my iPhone X. When I returned for it, it looked brand new from Apple. He said because the phone came in immediately after cracking, no moisture/dust/dirt got in between the glass to ruin anything else. Common failures of waiting too long are the touch panel or even the expensive OLED panel. Don't hesitate to get your cracked glass replaced with Igor!
