O	Otis Ashby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can do better. This was my first time back to the Big Feet Franchise in over 15 years and the service is still lousy. I made an appointment over the phone for a 50 minute foot massage plus a 10 minute neck & shoulder. When I got there, they were running behind, taking calls while massaging and at one point the guy was just holding my foot as he was talking to a coworker. He then asked if it was okay if we shortened my appointment because they were behind schedule. I will never ever go back. Life is too short for bad massages.

I just called this location to book an accupressure massage for this afternoon but needed to inform them of my neck and back issues. I had to make sure they had someone knowledgable to help me instead of further injuring me. The Lady who took my call kept repeating to me "full body? Yes. Just full body massage." I had to repeatedly tell her that I'm not looking for full body but the accupressure treatment on these specific problem areas. Again she repeated those same words, ignoring my questions and concerns. I then asked her if I could speak to someone who could actually help me. She then says that she can't really understand English very well, so I asked for someone that could understand me. She said no one there understands English well. I actually couldn't believe that. So I thanked her for her time and had to finish the call. I find this extremely concerning that there is no one there that can take calls and answer questions that can speak and understand English. Is there anyone from Big Feet that can rectify this or get back to me about this problem? Thank you.

K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I've come here several times and the service and quality of masseuses are incredibly inconsistent. I've had bookings changed last minute after booking a week in advance, or specifically asking for a female and getting an inexperienced male, then they gave me half a session for free to apologize after I had to really make a complaint as they expect you to remain silent and submissive, deal, and they mostly just want to clock in and out and squeeze people in with no personal care. Each time it was an excuse and no amount of pre-booking works and I don't have the time to just walk in and bet on whether a good masseuse is there. I would not recommend this place purely due to the bad customer service. I had 2 good massages with them out of the 6 times I showed up and where 2 were cancelled last minute or my originally booked masseuse was not there and I was told only when I showed up. I tip well and have been doing what I can but I don't think this location is a respectable or dependable business service. It's truly a waste of time, gas, and effort. Language is no issue as I speak Chinese. There are no excuses on that front where they just pretend not to understand.
