S	Sam Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an RMT session, but the therapist that handled my care was not an RMT and therefore my health coverage through work (Canada Life, which I've had no issues with other RMTs) did not cover this. The office worker didn't tell me this at the time, and reassured me that this was covered; I would just have to pay the full amount today.
F	Frank An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Experience, do not recommend. Went there for a massage last week due to tendon pains in the shoulder. The room was cold and so were the hands of the masseuse, and people who have had joint or shoulder pains would know how sensitive they can be to low temperatures, which is not pleasant at all. During the massage the person (whom they claimed to have more than 20 years of experience) refused to massage the area I felt the pain in, despite me asking them repeatedly that they are massaging the wrong area, but they replied with "that area is too hard to massage I don't want to do it." My hour-long session ended up being cut off a lot earlier because I was feeling more and more uncomfortable with the freezing temperature of the room, and I could feel the pain becoming worse. They still charged me the full price anyways, despite the entire session just be rubbing skin and nothing else. The shoulder tendon ended up worsening throughout the week, despite me going into that session with already little pain. After my message day I would wake up from pain on some nights and had to get myself a hot water bag because the pain was becoming that bad. Do not go to this place, would never recommend it to anyone.
R	Ruby Katapang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the massage I got from Danni. She communicated constantly to check how she was doing and if I'm feeling even a bit uncomfortable. She knows all the spots that needed to be treated. It's very easy to book an appointment and the place is very clean.

Upgrading my review to 5 stars Update from Canada Life....I am unable to view any attempts made by the provider of servcie for the submission of your massage claim. Normally we would see the claim and rejection. In this instance, there wasn't an attempt made at submitting an electronic claim. Please ensure that the provider is submitting the correct information for her so that the claim goes through successfully I had my appointment at 5:15pm. Overall not a bad massage. I came in very stiff and the RMT worked hard. I need to come a few more times Like a previous review, I also had my direct billing benefits declined. I haven't even used it this year yet. It was also through Canada Life. I'll try to submit it manually.
A	A L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend the RMT I was given. First time was okay, so I booked again when I was asked by receptionist. Second time was not ideal. Therapist was falling asleep and lacking focus throughout. It progressively got worse and I wish I had stopped my treatment to avoid paying for the full hour. There is more to my experience, but I do not want to damage the reputation too much. However, I know I will never go back after my experience with the staff here. Editing my review since I cannot reply to the response from owner. I had mentioned it to the RMT directly and he denied when I caught him. Prior to that, when I had my head in the rest, he was either dosing off or something else (multiple times). Not focused on massage, in parts. I progressively felt more uncomfortable as time went on. I get social anxiety and should have ended the session about half hour in. I'm happy you stand by your staff, but I stand by my review. Usually am asked to rebook, this time wasn't asked either. Lady at the front also, did not seem to be in the best spirits. I paid, I left. I'm sure your local businesses in the hallways heard me muttering to myself that I will never go back again. Like I said, first experience was fine, second...not so much. Perhaps your staff had an off day. Which is why I did not give a 1 star review. But, like I said. I stand by my review.
