Newly store after renovation.not wow .not busy.if price is right make it happen more affordable...every other store competition too...need to be $20 or around...if ok..ok..

I found the staff at this location very helpful, quick, and polite. All the staff there when I visited were bilingual, which is helpful if you prefer to get help in Chinese. When I called to reserve an item, I got a fast response and they greeted me by name when I came in. (I'm guessing it was a slower night.)

Store manager Mandy Chung is amazing at taking care of her clients. Not only did she provide me with great pricing for home internet, but when my cell phone's battery was shot (still under Roger's at the time) she was able to provide me with a new plan with a great monthly payment and on top of that she made sure all my info and contacts were transferred to the new device. It is very hard to find this type of service in today's market. Whether you are looking at phones or internet service, I highly recommend this location for Telus.

Mandy the manager is absolutely wonderful. She took the time to understand my needs and helped my cousin add a line to my account with a brand new iPhone and iwatch! I was treated very well by her and her staff. I highly recommend Telus at Crystal Mall because they have a fantastic team and leader.

Service was unstable through out the terms, switch to a 2 year contract 10 days ago, and can't switch back to monthly. New customer has grace period but not old customer. Even when the customer service told I can freely switch within a trial period. Being penalized for being a old customer. Always long wait on phone to talk to someone.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied … not any faster then Shaw and worst customers service I have ever experienced… they have the new Wi-Fi 6 modem but won’t let me have it because I am already a customer .. or I was soon to be going back to Shaw who allow me to upgrade as soon as new equipment is available
