β β β β β Been coming to this store since 2015 at the old shop across the street. Came in to upgrade my phone after 4 years. Nothing has changed. Same friendly and knowledgeable staff. They haven't skipped a beat. Only thing that has changed is the new store. Looks great! Keep up the good work. I am definitely a customer for life and would recommend to go this particular Freedom Mobile store.

β β β β β Not every day when when you see a store that calls you back if they miss your call. This is not a one-off. Iβve had nothing but good experiences at this location. Staff are so genuinely concerned about customer service that it prompted me to go out of my way to write a review, which I seldom do anymore.

β β β β β I will never come this shop again.
When I signed up here, I had a 6GB data plan with a 1GB base plan plus 5GB bonus.
After a while, I got a notification that I had run out of data. When I checked my usage history, it was a 1GB plan. When I went to complain, they added a bonus 2GB without saying anything to me. I questioned the clerk with whom I signed up, but he pretended not to know.
I had no choice but to contact customer service. When I told them that I had signed up for all three of my phones at the same store and that the bonus had not been added to all of them, they offered to give me $5 per phone for three months. That meant they would give me $45. I didn't want the money and asked them to make the contract what it was at that time, but they didn't.
The fact that the customer service offered me $45 shows that Freedom Mobile recognizes that the clerk at this store made a mistake.
I did not accept the $45 and my trust in Freedom Mobile was gone.
In addition, Horseshoe Bay, the northwest part of West Vancouver, and Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal are not connected.

β β β β β I am not a technology person and was not looking forward to getting a cellphone and plan. This store staff explained everything about the plan and my tab for my phone. Anyone who is not technology savy or even is, I would reccomend this store.

β β β β β I like this store. I received a good priced plan with unlimited data. Also the gentleman Shawn introduced me to what's app. I can now call and video call my family back home for free. Thank you Shawn for that. My experience at this store was absolutely over my expectations. If you are looking for a good price and great service, you should go to this location!!!!!

β β β β β I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend the very kind and helpful staff! I had a problem with my cell phone recently, and though I am not currently a Freedom Mobile customer, they very thoroughly tried to resolve the issue with my cell phone. Half an hour later I had my phone working again and I am so grateful to them for taking the time to figure out what the problem was..I offered to pay for their service but they said there was no charge.
Truly appreciated ! Thank you so much for taking the time and for being so gracious and kind.
