My husband and I recently purchased a internet and optik tv, the services and guidance provided by Tashneet Singh were really commendable. The fact that he checked in after providing me with his services was something that I found very extraordinary and appreciative. I am from Calgary and Tashneet helped us sitting miles away. This is long overdue. PALLAVI is a life saver. She went above and beyond to assist me. I came into the store after failed attempts of getting a solution for my concern. I had unknowingly returned the main power cord of my grandfathers home phone when he cancelled the internet. I had assumed all the wires had belonged to the modem. It wasn't until I came back from dropping off the package at Canada post. I contacted Telus right away looking for a solution. As my grandfather is 91 and the home phone is his life line to us and 911. The rep on the phone had no solution and told me to contact another department. I ended up going to this location in hopes of getting a cord. I was fortunate enough to have met Pallavi. Even though it wasn't her problem she told me to have a seat while she took charge. After her speaking to numerous people who we're giving absurd solutions such as pay $150 for replacement? Why? I understood it was my error for shipping the power cord but paying $150 for replacement when Telus is getting the wire back didn't seem fair. I had advised Pallavi the urgency of finding a solution. As it's for a senior citizen who's only way of communication is the land line. If there wasn't a solution I'd have no choice but get my grandfather to port his number from Telus to shaw. The tech on the phone tried to send us to the retention team even though it wasn't a retention call. All the tech had to do was put in a home phone repair call and the tech would install the missing equipment as they are the ONLY ones with the equipment. Thanks to Pallavis quick thinking and determination. I had the tech come out the next day and fix everything. God bless her for all get efforts and saving us the hassle of run arounds. Please give her a big raise. You hardly find anyone now a days who care. Thank you Pallavi! You are amazing

Tash. was super helpful and made understanding easy , i was little confused over phone plan i was about to try and get but she helped me through and suggested one with a great price ! would total recommend my friends and family that are near by if they need an upgrade or planning a new phone plan . I got scammed by the shop into paying for a $100 Telus prepaid plan that I cannot use. The female store attendant, Lovelee, made a mistake in switching me over to a prepaid plan that is not suitable for my needs, and when I pointed it out to her, she did not take responsibility or issue a refund. The manager, Tashmi, is nice to you on the phone but also evades responsibility by saying he will investigate and then subsequently avoiding calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AVOID THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING SCAMMED

Pallavi took the time to get me the best deal possible! I have not had a phone bill this low in years. She spent upwards of an hour on the phone doing her best to get me the best deal possible. I had to leave before things were finalized, but I felt more than comfortable leaving the plan updates in her hands. When all was said and done she sent me a personalized text and call to update me. 11/10 for customer service! Thank you!
