Not only is Hanna super sweet, but she is also super talented. She's really good at what she does as she takes her time to assure the client's wants are achieved, all while using her professional knowledge and skills. I definitely recommend Hanna to anyone looking to invest in permanent makeup she is amazing!!

Hanna is very sweet and professional. I found her page on Instagram and instantly fell in love with her work. I booked in for powder ombre brows and Hanna really took her time to design my eyebrows. I'm very happy with the result! I also got my lip blush done by her. My lips are very sensitive so I felt kinda nervous at first but after Hanna explained to me how the procedure woud work and her technique I knew I was in good hands. I felt minor pain during the first 5 minutes of the procedure and after that there's no pain at all. Hanna is highly recommended!

Hanna is absolutely AMAZING! I went in with a thick brow inspo as I was loving that look for a while & Hanna provided me with her professional opinion of going for my natural brow shape. I am so happy I took her advice — I am obsessed with my results!! 11/10 recommend trusting Hanna with your brows.

I really wish I could give this place a higher review, as I understand that it's not easy running a small business in the beauty sector. However, I didn't think Hanna was professional in her attitude. I moved my work schedule around so I could make it to one of her appointment slots. A few days before the appointment, she then asked to move it to a different date because she had a doctor's appointment, which I was fine with. As part of the package, there was a free touch-up session, which I messaged ahead of time. However, I never heard back from her. She ceased to answer any of my messages, both on Instagram and private message. If you don't have time for touch-ups, or for whatever reason, can't do touch-ups, then please don't offer it as part of your package. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Hanna was incredible! Not only was she extremely professional, but she so sweet and clearly very passionate about what she does. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and took her time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I didn't feel nervous or rushed and I couldn't be happier with my results. My overall experience was wonderful, and I've never gotten so many compliments on my brows! If you are thinking about getting your brows microshaded, I would 100% recommend going to Lavio Beauty Bar!

Hanna did such an amazing job on my brows! She made the whole experience comfortable and positive. She took the time to make personal recommendations on suitable brows for my face shape while also taking into consideration of my preferences. I could not be happier with the way they turned out :)

Hana is an AMAZING artist!! I got my eyebrows done by her and I’m so happy with the results. She took her time with pre drawing the shape of my eyebrows and took in my feedback and applied it to my brows. She’s very professional and clearly loves what she does! Additionally, Hana has client centered care and talked me through the whole experience as I was nervous - 10/10 recommend.

I rarely give bad reviews but my experience with Hanna surely warrants it. She may be an expert at what she does but that doesn't entitle her to be unprofessional, unfriendly, impolite and provide her services with abysmal customer service. She never asked me how I want my brows and lips done, she just went ahead with her work based on her "expert" advice. I asked questions but she responded with one-word answers and with attitude. We booked my session for 4 hours but only did 2.5 hours; I thought it wasn't done and so I asked her curiously. She claims that my skin was too sensitive and that she will have to do some more during my touch-up appointment. Almost 2 months later, I now need to book an appointment with her for my touch-up but man, was it difficult to get a hold of her. When I booked my initial session with payment, reserving a spot was almost instantaneous. This time, for the touch-up that was supposedly included in my first booking, it took about a week to nail a date down! I felt like she almost didn't want to do it. I told her I need to get both my brows and lips retouched, and she agreed to do them when booking my 1.5-hour session. I came back for my touch-up and it was even more painful as she worked through it without the numbing cream. We agreed to have both my brows and lips redone as I mentioned previously, but based on her "expert" advice, she only did my upper lip in less than a half-hour. She just wanted to get it done and didn't really care so much about how satisfied I am with her work. I am unhappy with the results and she didn't deserve the amount of money I paid for these services (which is pretty steep if you must know). I definitely will NOT be coming back and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
