★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my iPhone 11 screen replaced here for 140 cash, no receipt was given and was told there is lifetime warranty on the screen replacement. I should have requested a receipt because this is apparently required for any warranty work, this is my fault. Some issues with the screen replacemnt include: I have typing issues, random letters get entered or dropped; the screen doesn't always turn on, and requires you to turn off the screen and try again. The person I spoke to also said that dust on the front camera due to a seal issue is not covered under warranty because the screen is not broken so a receipt wouldn't have done me any service any how. Buyer beware! Won't visit again and hope others take note of this review if they choose to do business here.

Downgraded to 1 star. I was very happy when I thought they fixed my charging port problem. The guy said it was a software issue. I paid $56 tax included. I came back 2 days later because my phone stopped charging again. When I spoke with another associate, said the charging port is broken and that I would have to pay extra $85 dollars to fix the hardware.
I left the store then went to Crystal Mall. I got it fixed. The technician there said that it was a hardware problem and went ahead and got it fixed within a couple of hours. I paid $75 and came with a 1 month warranty.
I will NOT come back to Cellfixx EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usb port wasn't working. The jack on the cable wouldn't stay in and I couldn't tether it to my laptop. I went in expecting to pay $70 to have them put in a new port. The fellow said he would fix it and it would only cost $35 because the port was fine...just a bit dirty. I came back 20 minutes later and it was fixed and he also cleaned out the headphone jack which also wasn't working but I had forgotten about. It works perfectly now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment to get my iPhone screen fixed as I had dropped my phone a while ago and didn’t bother to fix it until recently. Khan was there to serve me and, when he saw my phone, he immediately asked me if I was sure it was cracked. Even though I told him it was, he said it wasn’t and took my screen protector off and passed the phone back to me to prove the screen was still intact. It was the screen protector that was actually cracked but I was too afraid to remove it thinking the phone screen would fall apart. Anyways, Khan was completely honest about it and instead of getting a $120 screen replacement, I just got a brand new screen protector for $15 which he installed very quickly and professionally. I will definitely be coming back. He was super honest and very friendly!

I had received other quotes for significantly more to recover the data, and Khan was able to transfer all of my files on the spot for a fraction of the price. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super quick phone repair/service store in south Vancouver. Sam helped me with replacing my iPhones cracked screen within 30 minutes. I would definitely check out this place for any quick and inexpensive phone repair. Ask for Sam when in the store.

I took it into Cellfixx and the issue was fixed once and for all. Thanks for the great service. The store was pretty clean and organized, too.
