★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I was referred by one of my friend who lives closer to this business spot. I drive t Fraser street facility from East Burnaby. Noticed professionalism on first sight. The store was opened on time and I was welcome with exceptional customer service approach. I had 2 IPhones which needed their screens t be replaced. The gentleman/ owner not only replaced both screens but provided discount and put screen protector without my request.
Again after 2 days one of my IPhone was stuck. My friend mentioned my concern to store owner who wanted me to come back with the IPhone. The issue was resolved but the same problem was observed again. During this time I did not out my sim into this IPhone was I was busy. With a week again I found out my same iPhone was stuck.
I am told to come back to store and advised to replace. I might visit the store. In brief it’s amazing to get such excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to have front and rear glass fixed on phone. When I returned, only front glass was fixed as they didn’t have rear glass in stock. When I arrived home, realized that the new screen wasn’t fully functional - couldn’t engage the flashlight or camera. When I returned - they first blamed my phone case (Quadlock Case, definitely not the problem) and said it was ‘squeezing the glass’. Nevertheless they offered to replace it. Ended up returning two more times, they replaced the glass and it’s still not working. Refused to at least discount the rear glass repair. 160 total for a partially functioning repair.
Nice guys, but the quality of repair is not sufficient. I can’t waste time returning over and over without this being properly fixed (3 separate visits). They’re definitely a cheap repair shop and friendly, but you’ll get what you pay for.
