Do no waste your time going to this clinic. I arrived yesterday before 8am hoping to be the first one in line, and they do not even open until 9am. So first of all, they need to update their hours online. So after a second trip of coming back by bus, I was glad to still be the first person there. I was told that it was a good thing I arrived first thing, but there were several appointments and that it would be a very long time until the doctor saw me. They couldn't give an approximate time, so I just assumed maybe an hour wait. Since I already made two trips there, I decided to stay. After 15 mins of being there, the receptionist told me that the doctor texted her to let her know they cannot see me because I'm not a regular patient at the clinic. I do want to add I'd been to the clinic at least 3 times in the past, so I'm not sure what constitutes as a "regular patient". So not only did I waste my time going there twice, I could have been at another clinic, where I could have had the opportunity to be seen sooner. If you aren't going to look after walk-ins, DO NOT CALL YOURSELF A WALK IN CLINIC. To be sick, running around, and then get turned down after already waiting is awful. I will never return, and you shouldn't waste your time ever considering stopping by here.

Disappointed with the quality of services received from lack of understanding the Dr. had with my exams to the reception scheduling me with a different doctor than the one I usually go and said that I scheduled with the wrong doctor. They are the ones who made the appointment. Dr. Nam did not seem concerned with my points and was rude from the start. I had to leave the appointment after 05 minutes as I could not handle being in the same room with her. I have gone to tons of doctors before and never posted a negative review about someone but this one deserves it. More things I cannot put on-line due to confidentiality but I am filing a complaint with the college of Physicians. I do believe we should hold professional accountable to their mandate.

I'm writing this review while being on hold for 14 mins so far.... I feel that they need extra people to support office day to day. You are a medical office, and patient/client help is imperative. You have have amazing doctors, but it needs to be a backed up with good/enough support staff. Please hire an operational manager to make things run more smoothly!

Medical staff are good but the admin system is quite bad. It always takes a few weeks to get an appointment (there was only one day I could come in in the next 3.5 weeks) they do not send you reminder texts or emails, they charge 30 dollars when late, and when you pay the late fee, they don't keep a record of it so they ask you to pay again.

Medical staff great, admin staff awful. There is a phone system in place which is supposed to make everyone's life easier, but in truth prevents you from reaching the clinic by phone. If you call and the system has been left in "we're closed" mode by error or by design, you have no ability to reach anyone, or leave a voicemail. There is a 'contact a physician on call' option which will bill you $100 to a credit card prior to allowing you to page a physician, however. The office uses an online booking system to create and confirm or cancel appointments. The admin staff does their best to facilitate using the booking system rather than interacting with them, but there are times when it is not sufficient to go online and try to book an appointment with your doctor. Our family has not been able to use the booking system to cancel appointments with any success, because we still receive upbeat voicemail reminders of missed appointments that come along with friendly $30 fees for not telling them in advance. The call notifying us about the fee comes in at 15:59. Calling back at 16:25 to remind them we canceled using their booking system and we are greeted by "Thanks for calling, our offices are now closed..." and since we can't leave a voicemail... Looks like we're going to another clinic.

The receptionists/front desk staff are incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. They need to go through extra training or just get fired and hire new staff. I have seen reviews from a few years ago and there are still reviews about them. To be honest my review is zero stars, but 1 is a mininum. Lotus Medical stop ignoring your patients/customers requests and do something about your staff!!

Our doctor is a very nice person and a fine GP, however everytime we come here we constantly have to wait 30-60 minutes past our appointment time. Why book appointments if you can't stay on schedule? And if you're running late, call us so we aren't sitting in your office for over an hour.

My Doctor is great, however the MOA/ receptionist staff are absolutely terrible. I called to make an in person appointment and it was never scheduled (as in the person I spoke with said it was booked, and when I called to confirm my appointment time today it didn’t exist). I have been seeing my doctor here for 3 years and having to deal with the support staff has been consistently bad the entire time. The only reason I continued despite this is because great doctors are hard to find and I was able to use the online booking majority of the time and virtually never have to interact with reception.
