L	Lynn Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people. But there's long wait times and when you try to call in to book an appointment, you'll have to try at least 50 times before you get through.
H	Helen Luo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff seem really nice but the wait times are terrible - I was told dropping in without an appointment that the wait time was about 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 90 minutes and was never seen, the red headed lady at the front desk did not seem to care in the slightest.

I felt shamed at one point as well, and then when taking my blood she missed multiple times. I wound up with a HUGE bruise on my arm, which lasted for more than a week. In fact, I went to my doctor for a regular appointment and they asked me who messed up so badly taking my blood. I thought I just bruised easily, but they said it was honestly appalling. Granville is so much better.

Y	Yuka H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got IUD inserted here and I liked the whole experience. The doctor I had for consultation was really nice and she made sure I was happy with my choice. I had same doctor for IUD insertion and even though it was very uncomfortable as it supposed to be, she made me feel like I was in right hand. Also staffs are nice and friendly. I would recommend this place! Only down side for me is long wait time even with appointment. But I guess any doctor or clinic is usually crowded and busy so just make sure you have enough time.

It constantly feels like she is putting me down and is being forcefully nice and it’s horrible! I had to wait over half an hour to make a follow up appointment, and she left for her break before even calling me up to make it. Not kind, not responsible, and just plain rude. I’d rate it five stars had it not been for this woman.

I love that that they allow drop ins, especially for someone like me who is never organized enough to book appointments three weeks in advance like other places require. However, you have to arrive right when the clinic opens, the drop in times become fully booked within half an hour.

I was very nervous about getting it; the nurse reassured and answered all my questions before inserting the Mirena. It's been 2yr since the insertion; it's hasn't caused me problems.
