★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for ultrasound and after reading the reviews I was expecting rude behavior from the staff. I'm glad to say my experience was the opposite. I called in before my apt to see wait times because I was driving quite far to get there and with a full bladder I was not willing to stick around unnecessarily if I didn't have to. The gentleman answered the phone right away and said I'd be in on time. Once I arrived I was greeted well and checked in. The guy at the front went straight back to let the female tech I needed to get in soon..as it hit my apt time he went once again to grab her right away. The tech was very nice and not robotic at all. She was very calming and reassuring throughout my apt. I'm very happy with my visit. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is EXTREMELY misleading when you are not able to make an appointment for an xray when you call. Always told that you don't take appointments for xray... when specific xrays do require an appointment. When staff are quick to disregard your call and hang up on you when you call to make an appointment. Then the only way to get your appointment is to have someone with the persistence of a mosquito call and get results. As a Senior we are so quick to be discarded and our time wasted just because we are older.
Why is this the way your staff your are trained?
As patients we are expected to do the jobs of others in administrative positions because companies are more interested in profit than care.
Thank you for your time... a persistent mosquito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very pleasant or welcoming experience when being at my ultrasound but the technician was super nice and professional. Now over a week later when going to my doctor’s they still haven’t faxed my results. Ridiculous do not recommend

Unfortunately, the reception staff, despite being faxed a clear request for a CD of the image to my doctor, sent the CD to an entirely different location I have never heard of. When confronted on this, they tried to tell me it was my doctor's error. I checked with my doctors staff who said that was not true. It is also next to impossible to reach a real person in this office by phone! I had to go to the location in person to get the CD I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience having my HSG test done here today. Everyone I spoke to.qhen booking, confirming, and checking in was very pleasant and professional. It's not a super functional exam, but the female technician who assisted in the exam, and the Doctor performing it were both very kind, gentle and professional. This test is in very high demand in Vancouver, and expect to work around their schedule. It took me 4 cycles to book, due to high demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very kind and sweet lady gave me an X-ray. Called ahead and was given accurate information about walk-in times and location. I came in around 8:45am on a Monday, waited about 15 minutes after talking to a very nice receptionist, and was out of there within less than 30 mins! I saw a lot of bad reviews before I went but my experience was lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A week ago I had an ultrasound performed by Wajeeha. She was an experienced ultrasound technician as well as a very dedicated person. She went above and beyond her call of duty to investigate my problem. She was very professional and nice with great bed side manners. The person at the reception was also extremely helpful and literary ran after me when a time slot became available due to a cancellation. Their supervisor Sophia was highly professional and personable. She runs the office very well. I want to thank the whole staff for doing an outstanding job making patients feel welcomed and comfortable.
