★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a cone beam CT scan of one of my arch which cost me more than anywhere else and besides the high cost I wasn't provided with a CD of the images. Even my dentist asked me for the CD as it is customary after having a CT scan to get a CD. I would not recommend to have services at this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with a recent experience with their Richmond location. In regards to the staff at the location and the service I received it was great. However after I had submitted my expense to my insurance who required additional information to assess my claim, I was told that they had sent Orbit a letter requesting additional information, after a month I have not heard any update so I called my insurance company who told me they have not received any response and suggested I ask them to call and provide the missing information. I called Orbit to ask for assistance to provide the missing information, the lady who answered was not sure what to do but reached out to her manager for assistance. The response from the manager Marcia was that they do not call insurance companies and that I would need to get the insurance company to call them. I have now wasted 40 minutes on the phone calling back and forth between my insurance and Orbit to get this resolved. If this is how they feel they can treat customers I am no longer confident in this company.
