Absolutely fantastic service and people running this operation. I've been working with Victoria @ Norwescan for around 3 years and she is, without question, the best mechanic I've ever worked with. Truthful and blunt is how I would describe her. And don't expect Victoria to sugar coat it if you don't bring your car into her for any irregularities. I've been scolded by her on more than one occasion for not bringing my car to her earlier, and rightfully so. Whether Mercedes, BMW or Toyota, I wouldn't hesitate to bring any car I owned to Victoria! Kudos to Norwescan!

Had Brought my car to the Mercedes Dealership for a Service, this was right when my warranty ran out. My Heater was already broken so I had them fix that, cost me about $600. When I brought my car in they told me I needed a new battery and my transfer case was leaking and needed to be replaced. I asked them how much and they quoted me about $3600 for everything. I was shocked as this happens to be right when my warranty ran out. Luckily I shopped around and found Norwescan! Victoria was very helpful and honest, she not only troubleshooted what was wrong with my car. But she also found out it wasn't my transfer case at all and it was something else. Also instead of a $400 battery, she found me one for just under $200, all in all the whole bill was just under $700 What a SAVINGS! Would recommend them to any Mercedes Owner! Thanks Victoria!

My second visits with this establishment since summer of 2017 with my 2004 Benz E320. First visits was to reset the SBC counter to get rid of warning message displayed on the dashboard asking to visit workshop and repairing of rear third brake light not lighting up. As I have been researching around, only a handful of mechanic shops will touch any Benz SBC. Victoria and her crew reset the counter and the brake light without any issues. My second visits was just last week (three years after) with brake failure related to SBC unit (not related to counter resetting from my first visit). Had the car towed to my regular mechanic near where I lives. My mechanic said they do not service Benz SBC unit. So have it towed to Norwescan Motors for Victoria to access the problem. Victoria identified it to be the SBC and require replacement. Agreed and have it replaced and was surprise to have it back a week earlier than predicted. I am very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and their very knowledgeable to Mercedes Benz. Very simple and humble reception area but at par with Mercedes Benz workmanship but at fraction of repair cost charge by Benz dealers. Thank You Norwescan Motors!

All I can say is that, I am so happy and lucky that I found this shop. Victoria, is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Victoria was able to fix an issue that no other shop was able to diagnose properly and repair. Highly Recommended!! Thank you Victoria. M.K.

Amazing experience with Victoria and the team at Norwescan. Got a PPI done on a 2013 S550. Victoria was very patient with me and explained all the deficiencies along with what work I can expect to be doing to the vehicle should I choose to buy it. I did end up buying the car! After putting a timeline in place, Victoria walked me through what maintenance and repair items we'd need to do in the next few months. I even asked if we could do some work which she deemed unnecessary and said to monitor/do later. As someone without a whole lot of car knowledge, I still never felt rushed or taken advantage of and would definitely recommend Norwescan to family/friends. Thanks again Norwescan!

I am not a paying customer of Ms Victoria I met her several years ago through a fellow buying parts on my old mercedes w126 300sd. That car started life as an import from Fatherland 380se. It has features not known to N American models. ABS brakes and decommissioned gas heater. Probably similar design as the ones came with during the early days of VW bug. This 380se had a turbo diesel engine installed. I found Victoria very knowledgeable. Have seen exotic cars came and go from there. She and her friendly staffs can't be all thumbs!

Have to echo the other comments here: if you own a Mercedes in the lower mainland, go to Norwescan. Absolutely fantastic service at very reasonable rates.
