After installing the doors, I noticed that shipment was short hinges for one door. I went back to get the hinges and they said that I have to buy them because the order was placed more than 30 days ago. It took them 3 weeks to make the doors from the day I placed the order. The owner, Vito, has no respect for customers and was persistant that I should pay $25 for the hinges. He accused me of stealing and wanting to get extra hinges. There is no customer service in this place, once you purchase from this company, you are on your own. Avoid them at all costs.

I called back at 4 and they said the associate was off work every day at 4. Very unprofessional and staff were not helpful with the materials.

Delivery times are within the industry standards 2-4 weeks on core manufactured products, 4-6 on non-core manufactured product and 8-12 weeks on custom manufactured products.
