J	Jack X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this center. All staff is terrible, not professional, and too cold. I went here 7:30AM before open but I leave here 13PM why it takes 5 and half hours? Are you crazy? Staff only say that" We can't do anything! Bye!" Why didn't you explain? I was shocked about Canada.

They are giving service to 1 or 2 clients in an hour. I was waiting over an hour to update Sin number. They really should improve or close this branch as I haven’t seen this long waiting time in any other branch for this simple process. If they can’t give service why waiting people’s time. Really disappointed.
V	Vivek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May 2nd 2022: reached at 7:40am. About 15 people ahead. Got in by around 9:10am. Was out with all paperwork in 10-15 minutes. My advice: come in early, by 7:30am. Queues quickly get longer after that.
C	Cinthya Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful security doorman. Arrived 7:15 am, 8th in the no-appointment line, they opened at 8:30am and i was out by 9:45am. Once you're in, it goes quickly. After 7:30 am the line grows longer really fast.
K	Kylo like ducks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 7:15 AM and line up was not that long yet. I was 6th in line and as soon as they opened, it only took me less than 45 minutes for new passport application with no travel plans/bookings. The agent was really nice.
R	Ross Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal. Subjected to a 4-hour line up outside, leading into the waiting room. Waited inside for 2 more hours before receiving service. Book the day off work, pack a chair and some food. You'll be here for a while.
C	Chryseis Lowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the faster locations in greater Vancouver. The staff are quick and to the point. Unfortunately you do have to wait outside, but the security is very proactive in filtering out people in the line up which could shorten your wait. It may come off as rude and unhelpful but the security demanding what you are here for and if you have all the completed documents saves you waiting out into the cold only to get turned away once you get inside. They also sometimes give you the exact forms you want so you can ditch waiting in line completely which is helpful for those without computers or printers. I highly recommended coming in with one English speaking translator of your own if you have difficulties, since your English speaking capabilities will be tested during line up checks.
J	Julia M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to stand in line for 3 hours or more in the rain and cold, I was freezing today. Few employees working and very, very slow. The doorman was very helpful, but they could remove the tables inside and exchange for chairs, so people can wait inside in a dignified way, since half the place is tables without employees. The tip is: come very well dressed, for the cold and rain, bring food and water because you will suffer in line.
