She asked me to leave after queuing up for 2 hours, and come back again tmr at 8:30 without giving me a proper reason. ??? I lined up for 2 hours, and the security lady asked me three questions before she let me enter the center. Do I have and covid symptoms? Am I vaccinated? Do I have covid? I answered her I don't have covid symptoms and I am fully vaccinated. I also told her I was somehow randomly selected to do a covid test in the airport (but that doesn't mean I have covid) Then she didn't let me in and ask me to come again tmr at 8:30 without telling me why I cannot enter to the service center. So do I need to show I negative test result to enter the center? she didn't reply me. Why do I have to leave? she didn't answer. The only words from her is 'I need to you leave'. I went to other service center to get my things done. NO QUESTIONS ASKED before they let me in. I got my things done in another center. I hope she can improve her English and learn some basic communication skills. I understand there was a long queue and she was probably tired from work, but I was treated poorly
M	Matias Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there a Monday morning around 9 and the line wasn't too long. It took us around 1 hour to get our SIN. Everyone was really nice and treated us great. It was a nice welcome to the country.

I went to the one at Downtown the other day, the queue was crazy there and was told the wait time is 3 hours, but this one is not so bad. Recommended!
B	Bibigul Amirova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No appointments available online, so I had to go in person for walk-in being at month 8 of pregnancy. The security lady at the entrance was very unfriendly. The website doesn’t explain how to mail the documents with the original documents (citizenship certificate and my ID???). I believe #serviceCanada can do better work! I’ve been in line-up for more than an hour and still only half way through a big line up from 10:30 am.

Both the security lady and the two Service Canada employees were super friendly and gave us so many tips for our stay in Canada! We were here on a Monday around 1pm and there were just 2 people in front of us. We had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes and then left after 25 more (we were two applying for the sin) with our SIN and lots of tips for around Vancouver. Thanks!!
R	Roxanne Brooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 550am to avoid waiting hours in line. The Sinclair centre reviews mentioned people lining up at 6am so thought best to be early to this location too. This was way too early. I was first in line and no one else showed up until 7:15/7:30. By 8am there was a significant line. It opened at 8:30 and there were only 2 people in line with appointments so they went ahead of me but I was seen just a few minutes after them by another agent. I was renewing my passport and out in 30 mins by 9am.
P	Prad “North Star” Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went at 7 am for the line up. I was the 3rd person. They opened at 8.30 and taken in. At 9 am, everything was done. Helpful persons. No problem at all. I'm so happy to say that "Thank you" for all employees at this place. This location is way better than Kingsway, Service Canada.
G	Glau K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got so lucky there. Didn't have line. Last monday, I got there around 11:00am. I was prepared to wait with snacks and chair. ? I was there for exactly 1:19 and I applied for two different stuffs. Everybody there was so nice to me. The security man was so polite. And the lady answered all the questions I had.
