β β β β β Went here looking for assistance in visa procedures but ended up wasting my time. The lady whoβs in the entrance is not only disrespectful but apparently is too busy to put attention and answer any question. Not recommended, save yourself from a terrible service.

β β β β β Absolute rip off!!! I can't believe they actually exist! So I found their website as I was searching for Schengen Visa interview appointment and they were the first link in google!!! Since their name is very tricky, I thought that this would be the main website to apply for interview appointment. So after paying $160 each, for me and my husband, and not being able to apply together as a family, I found out that the date of the interview does not work for me and there is no link or option in the website that I can change it to another date. So I emailed them and they responded that I need to pay extra $70 to reschedule the date! Seriously??? So after I called them several times and talking with very rude costumer service with the least information, I emailed them to ask for refund, which of course they responded that they cannot refund my money.

β β β β β Total rip off and scam! they look legit and you may believe they will assist with getting a visa. You will be disappointed to say the least. Lady who answered calls to customer service line was rude, not helpful at all and really just did not know how to answer a simple question. The communication with representative was very dry, but he/she was not lazy to copy and paste paragraph about paying their fees. None of my questions were answered. My appointment was not even scheduled and when I asked for full refund (just 2 days later) because they have done absolutely nothing, they refunded only part of the fee (withholding almost $100 for nothing) and again reminded of their refund policy.
