S	Savoir Fairy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I began seeing David for massage post minor car accident. He has intuitive and strong hands, and had a complete understanding of what was wrong. I have been going back for regular treatments to deal with an older shoulder injury and he is making great progress with it. I have complemented these treatments with Stretch Therapy by Amy Laithwaite. Amy is a professional dancer and has so much personal experience it's amazing. She can see the body alignment and movement like it's a 6th sense or something. Her exercises to begin the treatment are really cool, like blowing into a balloon while holding a pose against a wall. After a few of those foundation exercises, she begins the magic of stretching while I just lay there and and I could not believe how amazing it felt. I walked out two inches taller and 3 days later am still feeling great, and my body is actually craving those deep stretches now, so I know I will keep up the practise of doing it at home and going to see her regularly. Thanks to David and Amy I have regained movement I haven't had since I was in my 20's. Evolution clinic is also a really nice clean and bright place to go, with great views out the windows, and the receptionists are lovely, too. My best therapy experience to date.

Dr.Fred helped keep me healthy so that I could train and compete at a high level. Without his treatments an injury would have quickly snuck up on me! He could identify the areas that required treatment and always left me feeling better after my chiropractic sessions.

His chiropractic care blends in so many methods, and uses the best approach or combination to treat your conditions. I have a lower disc protrusion, along with neck issues, and my treatments with Fred keep everything in check. He's all about only coming in when you need it as maintenance, not forcing more treatments than necessary.

Well worth the drive! Both Dr Fred and Dr Harold are personable, professional and caring in their treatment. They take the time to not only evaluate the issues with your body, but also how you're doing. That's going above and beyond. I've also recently added the massage services of David, who also provides the same genuine care in his services. Emmanuel in reception also goes beyond the call with excellent customer service. He has a great way of talking to patients that made me feel instantly comfortable, and he can always tell right where my back is sore and where I need to be crunched. I recommend him to everyone! I haven't used the other services at Evolution Wellness, but I know people who have, and they rave about them as much as I rave about Dr. Harold. 13/10, can't reccomend this place highly enough!
