Coach Aki and Coach Patrick changed my life. Joining with them is the best thing I have ever decided to do for my health. From day one, they encouraged me to make better life choices and develop healthy routines. With their help, persistence and daily accountability, I lost almost 40 pounds! My clothes fit better and I have more energy. I only wish I discovered them sooner. If you’re looking for help losing weight, I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Coach Aki and Coach Patrick are phenomenal coaches. The *workout sessions* are effective and within a short period of consistency I began to see results on my entire body. The *accountability* is top-notch with the use of user-friendly and intuitive tools. The coaching sessions also leave me more knowledgeable. I feel stronger, healthier and trimmer. Overall, this is money well invested.

I joined to become more toned, have a healthier lifestyle, and learn how to workout from home. I am working and studying from home, so it is easy to fall into lazy habits. I was also initially having difficulty finding a diet I can stick to as other diets I have tried throughout my life did not help me in losing the stubborn tummy fat. After doing the exercises frequently (5-6 times a week), it did make my abdominal area much more toned than before. I can't wait to see the result throughout the next months and see how toned my abdominal area can get! :)

P&T was a pivotal program for me to change my eating and exercise habits. My journey was not linear and at times I was at a plateau, but the coaches here taught me that progress is much more important than perfection. I was able to lose almost 20 lbs within a few months and I’m staying on track with my fitness goals to this day. Try them out and get yourself out of your comfort zone, hard work will definitely pay off ?

For years I struggled with losing weight despite being relatively physically active on a consistent basis; I began to think that maybe there was just something weird about my body that didn’t get results like “everyone else” did. But this program showed me that anyone can “crack the code” and lose weight in a healthy way with the right process and accountability. I like that this program doesn’t just focus solely on nutrition or solely on fitness, but rather both—along with accountability. Having a coach check up on me every day, along with hearing relatable stories/struggles from the rest of the group, really helped me stay on track. What I appreciate most is the program’s focus on creating a habit/lifestyle rather than a one-time quick fix. The nutrition guidelines are very simple and easy to incorporate in daily life, so it’s not intimidating; you don’t get bogged down by the complexity of tracking every little nutritional detail. It’s also a great program for people who like working out from home (I personally don’t like having to race people for machines at the gym haha).

I thought fitness was not for me, I would always end up getting in my own way but Perform and transform helped me build better habits that in turn reflected in my health and weightloss journey. I'm down 10 pounds in less than 2 months and going for more. The coaches are always there to help and you have all the guidance and tips you need. It's becoming a life changing experience :)

Hands down one of the best investments I made in 2022, post-restricted pandemic mandates, etc. I was a little skeptical at first, as I have tried MANY transformational programming virtual and on-site, I come from an athletic background (pre-pandemic), and I have several transitional phases happening in my life right now (graduation, moving to a new city, and planning a wedding). However, the experience of the PT team really shows with more than the wealth of tools and resources they provide you, but they hold you accountable, TWICE DAILY. I don't use my weight as a metric for success, BUT, I am down 5lbs in 2 weeks from when I started, I enjoy the workouts, and feel full of energy. It's really hard to get that anywhere else!
