I am currently working as a personal trainer, and use the information from the course all the time. I thank all the people involved with Inshape Training for helping me get this part of my life accomplished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently completed Fitness Theory and Weight Training...and about to start Weight Training practicum with Inshape. It has been nothing but a positive experience so far. Veronika is very kind and supportive. She has made supposedly a boring theory class engaging and easy to follow. For someone who had never taken any biology classes before and found bone/muscles very very intimidating to learn...with her guidance/tips here and there, I am able to embrace them quite well :)
For Weight Training, Ryan was the instructor and my...he is a wealth of knowledge! He has been in the industry for a long time and has many practical experiences to share! His class was a lot of hands-on which allowed you to experience the exercise/stretch yourself. He reads a lot about the industry and is very generous with sharing the information with his students...you will definitely gain tons of knowledge learning under him!
If you are thinking of getting into fitness industry or just wanted to learn more for your own personal reason, Inshape is definitely a great place to be. Supportive environment, caring and passionate instructors, small group for learning...highly recommended :)

Especially I enjoyed the practicum with Veronika. She is very knowledgeable and approachable.
