โ โ โ โ โ Collingwood physiotherapist is one go to if i need physiotherapy. they are so accommodating. Lilian chung is one of the best physiotherapist i been to. She helped me recover fast. I totally recommend this physiotherapist.

Ernest makes the most of our appointments & ensures that my concerns are addressed. I would highly recommend him to others!

โ โ โ โ โ Had my bike fit done with Ernest. Enjoyed the experience as he was patient, detailed, on-point and took time explaining things thoroughly. Didnt feel rushed at all. If your new to cycling or maybe just wanted to refresh your ride feel..i highly recommend giving Ernest a call. 5 Stars!

โ โ โ โ โ Ernest Chรฃo was my physio and, helped me to recovery my back after a got injured at work. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and, he made a significant difference in my back. He is very friendly, but also very professional. I would recommend him any time.

โ โ โ โ โ I saw Ernest for a bike fit back in November 2021. Several months later I've noticed - 1) No more pain on the side of my knee 2) Quads not as tight 3) No more numbness on my hands/sit bones on 1+ hour rides
Prior to seeing Ernest for a bike fit - most of my bike fitting experience was from 1) DIY YouTube vids 2) iPhone apps. After having a bike fit with Ernest I would HIGHLY recommend seeing a professional, which made a world of difference.
Ernest is kind, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. He's easy to talk to and addressed any questions I had that came up during my bike fit. During the intial assessment he identified a leg length discrepancy, which later turned out to be the source of my knee pain. To address the length length discrepancy he placed a series of shims under my cycling cleat, which helped keep my knee more in line when pedaling. He also helped me make a series of saddle adjustments which helped me take the load off of my quads and pedal more efficiently. Added bonus - he's a cyclist himself so he's got some good recommendations on saddles/handlebars/etc. based on your cycling goals.

โ โ โ โ โ I came here to see Ernest Chao for a bike fitting and was greeted with friendly staff at the front. The location has ample free parking on the street and very easy to find. Prior to the fit, Ernest addressed any trouble spots I had with my body and Ernest insured he had a good understanding of what my body can do, and what I my goals are when I ride. Taking that into consideration, when it came time to the fitting, Ernest spared no small detail. I have had my bike fitted before, but nothing to the detail that Ernest went into. After the fitting, Ernest followed up to see how the bike was feeling and provided some great riding advice for training. On top of it all, Ernest was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to.
