★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Professional at all! Entered the incorrect SIN! Didn't know the difference between a middle name and a first name!! Acted aggressive with the paperwork by taking the tax papers from my mother's hand forcefully and said ''There's the door''!! Also, My parents had paid him by Credit Card on a debit machine and he forgot the code of the machine to process a refund!! the alternative was to pay cash but his associate said to him that ''don't trust them! They can come back to re-ask an amount close to a $210!" Having a bad day or not, clients should be respected!
