β β β β β Dr. Costa is amazing. Very knowledgeable but if she doesnβt have the answer she will find it. Give you options and info so you can make your own decision about treatment plans. Took away one star for the current receptionist. Phone calls donβt get answered. Missing documents when requested.

β β β β β I was assigned Lawrence, a nurse practioner, through a family physician finding service. I am a complex care and semi-high maintenance patient, but I recieve such amazing, thorough and honest care from both Lawrence and the staff. Lawrence is very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. He assures me during times that I feel overwhelmed by providing clear information and acknowledging my new found understanding of the situation. I have only been a patient of his since Nov 2020 but I feel like he has been my primary physician for much longer! He has been more than eager to get the ball rolling to make sure I have the best medical care and treatment. I like that the clinic is very electronic friendly in terms of alerts via text or email about reminders of appointments or I can email any query to the staff to forward to my NP to provide me with any answers I may be seeking.

β β β β β I have Lawrence. I have had nothing but positive things to say about him and the 3 stars I gave a solely for him.
The worst part of our experience has to be the grossly incompetent receptionists. It's been about 4-5 months and I've filled out 5 medical releases authorizations for my medical history to be released from doctors office in Alberta. Called and asked for it again last Tuesday and my previous doctor says they have yet to to fax request for release. I wouldn't trust the receptionists to organize a trip to the bathroom let alone run phones for a doctor's office.

β β β β β In a time when the medical profession seem to be on downward scale in SERVICE .!, this was the best experience I have had in years .I highly recommend this clinic from the front desk, to the support staff to the nurses and doctors who work there .This clinic is run as you would expect a clinic to operate, with in a very professional manner. With a genuine concern for peoples well being and willing to go the extras mile to solve medical issues. This is what was standard practice in expectations years ago .
I highly recommend Yuliya Krasnogolova ,but all doctors and nurses here operate with the highest of standards . you won't be disappointed .

Dr. looked young but I would like have one Doctor who is not that too old for the profession and competent when I say specific "millennial" things. I know there are other downside to this but I genuinely see that she likes to know people and their ailments. She doesn't just say "what do you want, what's wrong with you?" She like to say "hi how are you" instead of just fixing you with whatever knowledge she has. I like that she shows you how she researches. I hope that she has more research knowledge that I do. I liked that she said "I will see first your old records from your clinic before I will treat you specifically with anything. maybe they over looked something, so just to be sure." We talked about my pap test that was also long overdue. my old Dr's did not bother that i was 3 years over due for that woman-test.
Receptionists, i like the Filipina. She was quick and polite even though she was on the phone a lot. She was the one who booked us in the moment there was an opening...she remembered which is very rare for a receptionist.
-1 star because it seems that there's a disconnect between the receptionist and the Dr's. probably it will grow over time but I can always just remind them what the Dr needs from me or to schedule something else.
Thanks BWM! Now I feel like I have finished my long journey of seeking my own family Dr.!

β β β β β Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my life speaking with a Dr. Dr MacMillan is money hungry unethical and will not help any patient who is hurt in a car accident or at work. Waste of time trying to get in this place.. Please stay far far far away from Dr Alison Macmillan denied me service as a new patient due to my past car accidents and her only wanting money directly.. The worst experience during sign up, dealing with staff cancelling my appointment 2 times before finally getting in a month later ... All to finally get in and have Unethical Dr MacMillan tell me to find help elsewhere after 2 years of waiting to get assigned a DR. Take your personal opinion out of equations Dr Alison Macmillan!! I AM A PATIENT IN NEED YOU DENIED !!!
