Staff is incompetent. I live in Victoria but get procedures done in Vancouver bi weekly. I use this pharmacy to pick up medications when I'm in town. Every time I come to this pharmacy they make me pay for my medications, but when I'm at home *magically* those same prescriptions are covered. I'm on plan C (pharmacare) and have insurance- but just got in an argument with the Pharmasist saying I was only covered by plan G, something I'm not on. Absolutely ridiculous I have to pay for my prescriptions here but not at home. I'm on PWD and shouldn't have to pay extra when recovering from surgery. This has been happening for 2 years now and shoppers is USELESS. The woman today told me"youve never gotten lenotec" when it's something I've been on for over 2 years, and get filled every 10 days. Embarrassing for you guys!! Hopefully you don't kill someone

This place is a disaster. Takes forever to fill scripts. Usually get stuff wrong. Staff is inconsistent between incredibly rude and okay to deal with. Takes days sometimes to get a refil or prescription. Unorganized absolutely terrible shoppers. Would not recommend

Lost out on bonus 20x points as pharmacy staff didn't bother asking for my number as my optimum card was cracked. I returned with a image of my card later but was only given the basic points. Spoke to the store manager, was told they can't do anything at the store and to file missing points online. Did that, they rejected my complaint saying that the card wasn't scanned in at the time of purchase. Now I cant return my item as the pharmacy can't take the items back.

Michelle made the shopping experience really uncomfortable ,she kept on pushing me to finish quickly, and pay for it. I agreed on a couple things and wanted to grab more things from the store and she kept on telling me to pay for the cosmetic items in the cosmetics section. I did not like it, I will shop the way I want to shop. Please donot tell me how to spend my money. Thank you. Also she mentioned later that she will miss out on her commission if I didnot pay with her, okay well the service I experienced, I just left the store and went to a different location. Sad.

I don't know why I keep using this pharmacy, except that it's super conveniently located. They are so incredibly disorganized, I don't think I've ever had a prescription pickup that went smoothly. Somehow they never receive the prescription until the doctor has sent it in 2-3x, sometimes they'll fill one thing on a scrip but not the other, and somehow they constantly mess up my insurance. It's almost a farce how bad it is.

If you need your medication in a hurry don't come to this pharmacy unless you want to suffer. The wait times are ridiculously long. The over worked staff are only trying their best with an inefficient system and waste half their time apologizing. Having to make four calls only to be placed on 15-30 min holds to talk to two people and to stop in twice to solve your own prescription problem was such an unnecessary battle. I see so many other terrible ratings yet nothing has changed...

The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever experienced. Don't bother using the automated system to order a prescription. They cannot handle a two day time window. Once you get to the counter you will get terrible customer service from the staff, especially from the one with the pink/red dye job. They will start by being confused them move on to belligerent once their incompetence is called out. Avoid them if you can. They're complete garbage.

Very DISAPPOINTING COSTUMER SERVICE WITH the PHARMACY. REASON to decided from one star to three is because TONIGHT I went there to buy another Bluetooth speaker(JBL), the cashier I believe she was some sort of supervisor ( Asian lady), was super friendly and professional and sweet.
