G	Gabriel Dantas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular drug store. They do have a great selection of products varying from food to medicine to computers and more. I bought here a portable barbecue that was a great deal. I would only recommend them to expand their ice cream section; there are very few options from 2 premium brands.
T	Tiffany Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with Jill (reviewed below ?) I had to fill antibiotics at the pharmacy. When I got home I realized the pills were a few days short. They had miscounted. I went back and told the pharmacist. She counted the pills again and gave me the “so called missing pills” I went home and counted them again. This time I was missing one pill. At this point I was extremely irritated. These were antibiotics. Medication that you would need to complete the full round. I was helped by the same pharmacist who insisted that there was a correct number since “she counted it herself”. I told her there wasn’t. I made her count it infront of me and she goes “oh you’re right it’s missing one”. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager assured me that it would not happen again. And that they will make a note to triple check my Rx in the future. It shouldn’t be only mine that they triple check. It should be EVERY patient that they fill Rx for! This is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy. I have lost all confidence in their competence. My health is not safe in their hands. Stay clear of this pharmacy location.

I contacted customer service to provide them with my experience only to have them stop short of calling me a liar and telling me that I should have talked to a supervisor to try to get my parcel. Thanks?

A	Ads on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit, the London Drugs Veganuary product range and offers hugely exceeded my expectations!! Some of the products and offers are awesome. This branch is nested within a convenient location with useful amenities including Auto Broker Insurance ICBC, Postal collection, photo lab and pharmacy (not Compound FYI) You can always grab yourself a deal and they always have discounted seasonal products available for big savings. My prior experiences and interactions with staff members are mixed, but nothing over dramatic. My only gripe about this store is just the randomness of products available and there is no real organization or structure.
J	Jodine Morehouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to store. London Drugs has so much more than what you expect and often has great sales. I find I can get most things that I need. I don’t find the staff particularly friendly, but they are never rude. There is a Canada Post located in the back that isn’t usually busy. The pharmacy here is very slow and if you can, I would suggest going elsewhere for prescriptions.

After having a horrific discriminatory experience at this pharmacy today, I went online to check if I was the only person with such an abhorring experience, sure enough, the pharmacy department got 1-star ratings consistently from a majority of the customers. Since I will never ever be using this pharmacy ever again, I refrain from writing my experience here. They would happily take your $10/prescription (dispensing fees) but would treat you like a 3rd class citizen. Better walk a few more steps, and pick up your medicines from other pharmacies who got some manners and respect. Good Luck!
