★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime location and great service, BUT there is a long wait to pay. Visited this location 3 separate times since opening and the checkout line took over 10 mins each time. Also never received samples at checkout and the points system is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask about a few products and also get some put aside for pickup , the nice girl that answered the phone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for the good service ! Guilford mall Sephora is closer to me but the staff are rude, will not go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here about 2 weeks ago. Staff seemed to ignore me and avoid eye contact for the whole hour i was there until i directly asked where to find something. A staff member showed me, then they then told me they needed to help other people when I asked for an opinion on what i was choosing even though the store was not very busy. Overall staff did not act very welcoming and seemed in a rush to get to the next task instead of being patient and friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is seriously the worst Sephora I have ever been to. The staff look absolutely miserable. The management huddle in a corner with a clip board ordering the staff around, screaming about Sephora collection. I went in yesterday to get some foundation and had to leave after hearing two workers talk about how bad they’re treated and how they can’t wait to quit and get away from the dictatorship. Honestly don’t waste your time going here when you can just go to Metrotown instead which is just up the hill. Save yourself the hassle and overall bad energy as they do not care about the people that walk in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi!!! Ok, today was my first day in this particular store and guess what?!!! The typical white saleswoman who follows me like crazy through the store, horror!!,. if you don't look like she wants you will be chased all over the store, I paid for my present after one of them followed me everywhere, twice another saleswoman ask me if I wanted something I said no thanks. The one that receives me in the store entry was super friendly, and one more was nice too ( obviously woman of color like me).
I invite everyone to buy online. Give more gifts, samples, etc. Ahh by the way, it's the newest store in Vancouver bc ( maybe Burnaby but is the same) , come on !! She had samples just not for me. she told me they had no too much samples. Nice. People buy online!!, I regret so much buying there fu@$&# online is better!!!

He was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and took his time to explain what would work well for my boyfriend and myself. He even gave us some samples. It was the best experience with Sephora because of him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sephora is not very good. It is small and super narrow due to all the shelves and the staff are all standoffish. They don’t really acknowledge you and just look like they don’t want to be there even when you make eye contact with them. I went in to browse for a specific item and they were not helpful at all, stick to online shopping or one of the downtown locations for better help and shop overall.
