The staff at Cartel are always greeting me and making sure I'm educated on some of the new products I buy or want to try. Their instagram posts and emails frequently share new deals happening and I appreciate all my notifications from them. I can always count on Cartel Lash in Burnaby to have my lash essentials :)

The decor is nice and the store is well organized, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Iโd highly recommend visiting. I also love their free pick up option when ordering online !

โ โ โ โ โ called last friday to ask about pick up and all their products and annie was super helpful to me and my dad on the phone! when we went and picked up my supplies she was very kind and gave me a bunch of extra supplies to try out! super cute shop and good customer service!

โ โ โ โ โ Been a customer last 5-6 yrs- They have nice staffs and welcoming environment. I was very excited that I could go somewhere to shop my material in person locally. They started small but now they have lots of collections that you can go from. Since we have restrictions now, they only accept pickup and shipping. You can always go to their website and order whatever you need. The staffs are friendly and the shop is clean and organized as well.

โ โ โ โ โ The team at Cartel is amazing. They are knowledgable, accommodating, and generous. They helped me navigate the many choices between the glues and lashes. They even shared their cute Halloween candies at pick up. The girls also brightened my day, because my dog passed away days before and their little act of kindness got me through. I absolutely love the team.
