โ โ โ โ โ I wish the store is easier to reach by skytrain but my overall experience with Kintec Burnaby branch was very good.
I didnโt know the store will be that busy!! There were people waiting but they were able to assist everyone.
There were enough chairs for everyone as well!
Also, just wanted to mention the person who assisted me, CODY! Thanks for explaining everything to me, it was very frustrating to experience pain on my foot but knowing the reasons and things I can do to lessen the pain was really amazing.
He explained it very well!
It was almost end of the day and I know they were so tired to help everyone but still very good service. ?

โ โ โ โ โ I want to thank Gamal for helping my son with his heel pain. He recommended gel pads and a pair of soccer cleats for wider feet. My son's heel pain has gone away and he loves his new cleats and says his feet aren't sore after his practice or games. Thank you so much happy boy happy mom!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I recently started having some foot pain and found myself spending way too much time trying different shoes out. I wanted to get some shoes for running so I booked an appointment at Kintec. Gamal did a great job at both identifying what was causing my foot pain and finding me the right shoe. I am really glad I decided to make that appointment because it has made a huge difference. 100% recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ What a positive experience I have had at Kintec in Burnaby, BC! My Fitting Expert, Reynaldo Sanchez, was thorough, professional and empathetic. I never felt rushed. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. My new orthotics feel great, and my two new pairs of running shoes are the most comfortable I have ever had - I feel as though I am bouncing along the street! Product prices are reasonable and in my opinion, I received tremendous value for money. I am a very happy customer of Kintec in Burnaby.

Cody went above and beyond to ensure that I not only know the details of my assessment but also specific features of various shoes which helped me make a decision. Cody is professional, personable & very knowledgeable. If you get a chance to get assessed by him, you will have great experience!

โ โ โ โ โ Reynaldo went above and beyond with helping select my next pair of running shoes. When I arrived for my appointment he had already reviewed my 3D foot scan and running priorities, pre-selected a few pairs to try on, and was able to describe pros and cons for how each would serve my needs. When the shoe I was most interested in was not in my size at his location, he phoned ahead to have it put on hold at another store. When I arrived at the next store his colleagues raved about 'Rey'; I can only concur. Each experience I have had at Kintec leaves me confident in their process and the value of the foot/gait assessment process to helping me find the best shoe for my needs and foot particulars. โ โ โ โ โ It was our pleasure to meet Cody (therapist) at the Burnaby location. This was our first visit at Kintec. I had brought my elderly mom for a consultation and needless to say, Cody was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and empathetic to the needs of an aged person. Cody spent 1 1/2 hours with us explaining the work they do, and he suggested the best solution going forward for my mom. This was the best customer service we have received for a very, very long time! We were impressed at Cody's professionalism and walked out with a purchase! Thank you for your help Cody!

โ โ โ โ โ Both my wife and I went for an evaluation to Canada Way Location.
My wife has heel spurs and I have โon cloudโ pair of running shoes but I get knee pains when I run.
Jamal spent a fair amount of time and narrowed down the choices amd finally we were able to buy a great pair of running shoes as well as inserts and of course a very comfortable pair of Hoka beach sliders!!
Now just have to wait for the โ๏ธ
