โ โ โ โ โ The value and the sushi is not too bad... I've tried this place 3 times before giving a rating.. it's lower rating due to the fact every time the estimated time for pick up is wrong whether I call in and order online. I went 25 mins which is what I was told but when I got there my order wasn't even made yet and I had to wait another 15 mins when I got there for a total of 40 mins. I'd rather they give me the correct time frame so I can make an informed decision whether I would still order from there or not. Besides this, the value is pretty good and the sushi is not bad. If you have plenty of time to wait then it's a pretty good option for sushi.

โ โ โ โ โ I order food from this place server also time, and Iโd say always satisfied with fresh ingredients sashimi and sushi. I give it a five star because I can tasted the quality food with efforts made from chef. I live far therefore I ordered from UberEat, Well done!! The foods are Delicious and amazing!! Great place!! I will order again!!

IMO that's the worst kind of business practice especially for small local shops because if they are misleading their customer on something like this, imagine what else they are doing behind closed door. I used uber eat for my order, which wasn't bad and I thought I would make this my go to place since I moved to Vancouver from Burnaby but I will have to find another spot.

โ โ โ โ โ Great sushi, fast service, very reasonable prices! I really enjoyed my lunch here on Saturday. The owner was very friendly.
My appetizer tempura came out hot, fresh, light & crispy and lightning fast. The Nu Roll was very tasty and satisfying. Tea was hot and delicious. And I liked the calming music and soothing green decor. I had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ There was a deal on a delivery app - oshi for around $6-8.
We tried salmon oshi, toro oshi and scallop oshi.
The sizes were very small. Usually oshi is tall with a middle section (eg. usually salmon oshi has smoked salmon in the middle) but this was just one tier. I wouldn't buy this normally from here because they charge the same price as other places but are much smaller.
The taste is not bad, especially the salmon and scallop. The toro was very dry. The rice was not well seasoned and tasted almost like just regular rice so if the top part of the oshi (fish + sauce) didn't have enough flavor, then it tasted very bland.

โ โ โ โ โ Order was prepared really quickly and was packaged well. I found the rice to be bland, but sushi did taste decent and fresh overall. I got the choose 3 combo and ordered a house roll for a good price. I would probably order from here again (for myself) if there is a good offer or promotion.
