★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been twice now. First time I had an older white lady cut my hair and it was decent. I'd be okay going back to her. 4/5 stars for her.
The second time however, I had the older gentleman cut my hair. It was awful. I can't remember the last time I've had a hair cut this bad. I showed him a old photo of myself to replicate the haircut and safe to say it's not even close. My hair is so uneven on the top. He left multiple long hairs around the ear I had to ask him after the fact to trim them. I never got the feeling of confidence while he was cutting. It showed in the result. The worst part is when I was commenting on trimming parts I thought were uneven, he commented that it's fine and that he's cut this hairstyle a thousand times... it's not fine.
I would go back but AVOID the older gentleman at ALL costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've always had an appointment slot within an hour of what I suggested. I've had 3 different stylists at this point and they've all been consistent and even made really good suggestions. Can't ask for anything else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locally owned, family ran barbershop. If you are a football fanatic you will love the atmosphere. Went in told the stylist do whatever you want. Left happy. Will be back. Call ahead and book in advance. The phone never stops ringing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend barber shop in the North Burnaby area!! The staff is extremely friendly as well very clean and Covid compliant. Wendy has been cutting my son's and my hair and what an amazing job she's done thank you Wendy and Europa Barbers!!
