โ โ โ โ โ Wasn't happy to see that dozens of portioned squares were all in 1 single loose bag in the box. The bag was not even sealed. As a result, you can see that the product has freezer burn.
Would like to see the use of vacuum seal in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ My dog (Boston Terrier mix) used to have the worst gas - she could clear a room! We started her on Happy Dogs and now it's never a problem. The food is high quality, and she loves it!!

โ โ โ โ โ I have tried tons of different raw food brands over the years and Happy Dogs is by far my favourite.
Their new location is conveniently located right near the highway, their pre-pay pickup option is quick and easy, and the quality/freshness of the food is top notch. Not to mention that the pre-portioned 1/4lb pucks makes feeding so much easier.

โ โ โ โ โ Product seems to be pretty good, but a few things you guys should work on. I like supporting local companies and I am going to give you guys a solid review of what to work on as a customer. #1 Packaging, as mentioned in one of the comments below the guy says that everything is thrown in 1 large plastic bag. For me that is sort of an inconvenience as well and the food is prone to freezer burn since it is packed that way. Maybe you guys can use some kind of environmental friendly packaging if wasting plastic is your concern. Vacuum sealing the raw cubes would also be great to prevent freezer burn. #2 Customer service, before I bought this product I tried calling to get some more info about the your raw food. I called multiple times in one day and no one answered my call. I know things can get busy, but it doesn't make sense to not answer the whole day. #3 I noticed the ingredients where other people put more nutritional information aka sodium, magnesium, sulphur, iron etc per 100g. It would be nice if you guys would do the same and list those as well. I hope this helps you guys, I will be continue to support you guys, but I hope you guys listen to this comment and make some adjustments on your end as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Minus one star because a little pricy. But overall good quality food and saves you time to buy raw food by yourself. My fish and my two cats love it. And yes you should definitely feed your cats raw food if possible. They have selections graded for cats but they just donโt advertise them.
