I am impressed when our dog comes out of the bath and tidy looking sparkling clean every time. They remove all of his knots and give him a great haircut. We’ve been going to Ball Biscuit for 4 years and the service is excellent.

The price I think is very reasonable ( I am a student on a student budget). I can't remember the lady's name who helped me when I arrived and who groomer Mia, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did amazing job on the haircut will definitely be taking my pup back the next time she needs it. Just can't say enough good things about Ball and Biscuit Grooming. Great place highly highly recommend.

They are super gentle with the dogs and really care for them. Consistently amazing services. Best groomer in the city. Highly recommend!

(It was the closest groomer we could walk to) Unfortunately on a weird turn of events my dog randomly got sick and died the day of... so I missed the appointment obviously. Sorry about that you guys, thank you so much for trying to accommodate us!!

Took our dog in for a wash and nail trim but she was still abit smelly and we noticed her nails were bleeding so we msged Carrie (owner) and asked if we can take her in for another wash, not a big issue at all as we understand she may have needed a double wash and we did not mind paying again.. and sometimes nail trim accidents happen... got a call from her worker the next day had a very good conversation she was super sweet and told us to call to make an appointment so she can freshen her up for Christmas..As instructed I messaged and asked for an appointment.. Definitely was not expecting the response I got .. Said "They didn't have time this week told us to find another groomer cause they couldn't meet our expectations". HUH????? Guessing the employee and employer did not communicate with eachother? Nooo idea but if you like the place definitely do not complain.. and just smile...

The groomer listened to what I wanted and what my preferences were and when I came to pick up my dog after the grooming was done my sweet girl was groomed exactly the way I wanted. Also, she was calm and happy when I picked her up. I'm happy to say I've found my dog a new groomer and am going to definitely recommend to my friends. A bonus is that there's parking outfront.
