★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wong did a fantastic job handling my typically difficult cat. My cat absolutely LOVED him and she is usually pretty moody around new people. Dr. Wong was super helpful, explained to me lots of different ways to try and help reduce my cats anxiety and hissing issues around new people and also gave her all her vaccinations without her getting even slightly upset. The receptionists are also wonderful! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, my bearded dragon was diagnosed with incurable cancer and I was left with no choice but to euthanize him. Dr. Cindy Chow was so caring, knowledgeable and empathetic in guiding me through the process and assuring me I was doing the right thing. Considering the devastating circumstances, Dr. Chow and the other staff including the one who assisted with the euthanasia, the one who informed us of memorial options afterward, and the one at the front desk made our experience as easy as it could have been. What a great team! Thanks to each one of
you! Highly recommend them and the prices are more than reasonable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chow is the best vet I've EVER been to and I've had quite a few pets before. She is VERY educated and VERY kind. My rabbit went through neutering with her and he jumped back up as if nothing happened to him almost right away. She is amazing and I'm so glad that she's the one that takes care of my baby. 1000 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my senior ferret to Capitol Hill when a lump grew near her butt. Dr. Chow and her staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything I needed to know about my ferret's condition and made sure I understood the process of surgery. I'm so glad I have found this clinic to do mast cell tumor removal surgery. They were being super helpful during the recovery. If you have a ferret, I would highly highly recommend Dr. Chow.

Dr. Chow takes the time to explain what's happening, possible outcomes and provides clear recommendations. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Plus their prices are VERY reasonable . Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Chow for their help! Best rabbit vet in Vancouver .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our two Guinea Pigs had their first ever vet visits at Capitol Hill. The Guinea Pigs were very dramatic but the staff were very kind, gentle, calming and knowledgable. They answered all our questions and were so calm when handling a very dramatic guinea pig. I wouldn't hesitate to recommending Dr. Chow and the staff and veterinarian technicians at Capitol Hill Animal Hospital, they are fabulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have several ferrets. We had them checked up as routine and they were extremely knowledgeable, even the non-specified ferret staff.
We suddenly had an emergency and had to go to a 24/7 emergency hospital where they did the first round of x-ray and diagnosis. They recommended us go to our regular vet for follow-up x-ray the next day (when we mentioned it was Capitol Hill they were very happy to hear that's where we take our ferrets).
We called Capitol hill and they squeezed us in asap the that day. They kept us updated on EVERYTHING and gave us all our options and were very thorough and transparent. Dr. Chow was amazing through everything and so was the rest of the staff. Turns out our little Nero ate part of a ball which needed surgery and it went fantastic. Gave us quite the scare. We even got the part of the ball back, haha!!
During his recovery they checked in with us often and made things very convenient for us by email!
Extremely thankful this clinic exists, I couldn't have asked for a better clinic. Thank you Capitol Hill!

She is incredibly knowledgable & has taken the time to talk to talk to me several times. She took excellent care of my baby girl & saved her life! I will trust her with my fur babies any time!
