β β β β β I look like a dork, but mina at wonho tries her best to prevent it. Awesome cuts, great price and lovely service. Been coming here for a few years. Don't ask for Mina, she's too busy as is.
Thumbs up to this place, though it gets busy at times. Please make sure you call to book ahead as they don't do walk ins during the pandemic.
BTW, they are very good with covid precautions so you don't really gotta worry too much coming here.

β β β β β I get my hair done by Alex. I always make an appointment, and he has never made me wait or wait for long at all. His skills are really good, and he is fun to talk to. I love my hair done by him. The perms last long and cuts are good. Price is very reasonable. Their space looks nice with the recent renovation. For Covid, they check for your temperature, provide hand sanitizer and ask everyone who enters to wear a mask, which makes me feel more safe.

β β β β β My go to place to get a haircut. Initial greeters are not exactly the most welcoming, sadly. Otherwise I would give it a five-star. Employees doing the haircuts are fabulous tho

β β β β β I got my hair straightened today by Sophia. She did an amazing job to my extremely damaged hair! Not only is she super sweet, but she is very skilled and made sure I was comfortable at every step of the entire process. If youβre looking to get your hair straightened, ask for an appointment with Sophia!

β β β β β Poor services and not professional. She cut my hair including shampooing in 15 min and just stepped out of the salon. She seemed to be so busy doing something else than taking care of her customer. I was noticed by my wife that the rear hair hasnβt even completely finished. I went back to the shop with the complaint but she wasnβt even there so the other stylist had to look me after. Will never go back and never recommend Jessica.

β β β β β My husband and I came here twice. First time was few months ago, we were new to the area and decided to go Won Ho Hair. We were both booked at the same time but for some reason they decided to do my husband's hair first and I had to wait beside him. 40 minutes in, they still didn't start my hair. After ONE hour they were done with my husband, the hairdresser started cutting my hair. If we were booked at the same time, there should have been TWO hairdressers there to cut our hair.
Anyways, we had a dinner reservation so we didn't have much time and the hairdresser had another reservation that was waiting as well (The other guest was angry - he was waiting for a while too). The hairdresser was in a hurry and cut WAY more than what I originally asked for. I couldn't even tell at first because he cut a chunk off the back first which I couldn't see and we had no choice to match the length all around). I had long hair and asked for it to be few inches longer than my clavicle but it ended not even touching the top of my shoulder. I promised myself I would never go back here.
My husband on the other hand, got a nice cut and he didn't mind going again. Fast forward to today, his appointment was delayed 40 minutes!! I understand if there is bit of a delay like 5-10 minutes. But these people have NO respect for other people's time and act like waiting is nothing. What is the point for setting up an appointment if you can't even meet it! Never going back.

β β β β β Basically, the skills of the staff were felt just as good as any other salon in the area but they cost only $20 cash! I needed a haircut desperately but didn't schedule ahead of time for an appointment but they had an opening just as I walked in (thank you Jesus)! I didn't know any of the stylists, I don't speak Korean, and I have really thick hair. I asked for my current hair to be cut to a medium length on top and short on the sides. She managed to layer my hair or at least thin it out in a way so that I could slick my hair back without it puffing up in the back. Anyways, this is my favourite place. I'll be coming back here in the future.

Make sure you book an appointment ahead of time. They're super busy. And inflation upped the cost so it's $23 now
