★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lab is busy but I felt like they are organized and efficient. My appointment was at 855am, I showed up right on time but forgot my requisition. I went home and came back 10 minutes later and they still were able to accommodate me. Everybody from the front desk to the ladies at the back was courteous and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean floor. Waiting area with chairs provided. Pretty busy, the waiting time is long. The receptionists are basically friendly. The employees are very nice and friendly. Free parking lot available in the front. Couple shopping options and dinning options are nearby. Skytrain station is in short walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why have appointment systems if you can not keep it up instead of every 15 mins change to 30 mins so the staff don’t have to working so hard and blood test don’t have to waste 45 mins sitting and waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very negative experience with front desk staff Sheela, extremely rude not respectful. She was chatting with coworker about how they kick out walk in patients and telling me they are going to be closed in 7 minutes and did not allow me to drop my sample, said my standing order is not in the system but when I check with the Dr it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked a question and needed assistance after Check-in and one of the staff proceeded to yell at me in front of the whole waiting room.
I understand everyone is extremely overwhelmed and am grateful for all of the work healthcare workers do, but there was no need for her to yell at me repeatedly in front of others; especially when I apologized for not understanding the system and just wanted clarification.
Disappointed and saddened by my experience here today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite there being an endless line of patients coming in, I was finished within 30 minutes of my appointment time. I had blood work and an ECG. The staff were so busy, but still managed to be efficient. This lab is for booked appointments only. It says that on their website. While I was waiting, several people did not have an appointment, but staff were kind enough to fit a couple of them in as walk-ins, with a reminder that next time, they would need an appointment. One person walked in and didn't know they had to fast for 8 hours before their test. Why don't people do their homework before going to the lab?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times are minimal since I've been visiting here the past 4 months. At most, maybe 30 minutes for a blood test.
I find the staff to be very friendly and nice, which is a plus.
To get a 5 star, I would like to see them tighten up their schedule, but overall it's been a pleasant experience.
Update: I have returned samples twice and they claim to have lost it. The delay is concerning. Granted the third time I won't be coming back...
Update 2: Technical issue with my account. They finally resolved it after multiple emails.
