Absolutely have no care about people. After trying many times with there online form for myself ; wife and my daughter, I wasnt able to go anywhere as thr online form has some issue. Then I called and was on hold for 5 hrs and then left my number for call back. Nothing ; no one called back. So I drove to the center just to ask the guys how to book a spot; he tells me call around midnight , I was like but you guys close by 10 pm. He was very assuring; so I came back and tried calling at 11pm and offcourse the center is closed. All the medical staff and medical system is our hope and if they lie to us and push us around it's just heartbreaking.

Hi. I visited this site today to get a required test for accessing a premises. I was not aware that a booking was required. The lines were empty and they still refused to carry out the test. This is PRIME Bureaucratic Stupidity. There are no sensible reason not to carry out the test when the lines are open. This is why the Government run systems fails.

Incredibly rude staff I got both my vaccines in the US and both appointments went flawlessly. Come to get my booster at this site and I was shocked by how incredibly rude and unprofessional the β€œnurses” and staff are. Save yourself the hassle and go to ANY other of the other sites doing testing/vaccines.

When you google this facility it says no appointment necessary. When you drive down there the line up is on average a half kilometre long, literally around the block and they only have signs at the front of the line saying "APPOINTMENT NECESSARY ". So after waiting 45 mins in line and finally see this sign they will absolutely turn you away and have no concerns about the time they have wasted. Just a heads up

If I could give negative stars I would. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Don’t waste your time coming without an appointment booked. Online it says β€œNO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED”. Once you’ve waited in line for 30mins, you start to see signage that says β€œAPPOINTMENT ONLY”. What a joke and waste of time. It would help if they made it clear that an appointment is required, rather than advertising the exact opposite on google. While I was in line over 10 cars were turned around, clearly a lot of people are being misinformed. Not to mention the amount of cars idling and polluting the environment for no reason. Did I mention what a joke this whole thing is. I am very sick and pulled myself out of bed to be responsible and get tested, talk about unnecessary travel.

was here in the summer for the jab. people there were SUPER friendly. They made jokes and all. was there again last week, could definitely use some more traffic signs. Maybe a direction instruction on the email would be cool. staff there were obviously overworked and overwhelmed. But that's to be expected At a time like this. Went in with an appointment. a decent wait time.

Wish I could give it a zero or a negative... Throughout the experience we've encountered only two customer service oriented people - the policeman at the gate, who directed us and checked the appointment and the person, who was directing my husband for a parking spot. Came to have our kid vaccinated. If I knew that would be an outdoor place - I would never book an appointment there. Freezing cold in the tents, staff is not friendly at all. First they sent us to the adult vaccination tent, although I clearly said we came for kids vaccination ("Oh, sorry, we didn't see the kid!"). Then - after some waiting - we were taken to the kids appointment place. Told to wait outside as they were "preparing the vaccine". When asked if we could wait indoors, as they had a heated place, were told that no, we couldn't. After some time were taken indoors to sit and still wait for a few minutes - it was empty all the time, so I have no idea what was the point of keeping us waiting outside. All the information was taken and they never asked me to sign any papers or asked for my name or who I was to that kid (a relative, a guardian, etc.). I asked the staff who was delivering the vaccine when they returned with the syringe, just to make sure, if that was a 10 mcg of MRNA - she replied - no, it's 30 ml. I said that I believed it should have been 20 ml for children under 12. On which she immediately replied: oh, yes, sorry, 20 ml. So I have no idea if they actually administered 20 or 30 (dosage for older children). Right after that we were told to leave. When I asked if they should monitor my kid's wellbeing for 15 min, they replied - yes, just go to another tent and sit there. Sitting in the tent when it's pretty cold outside was not the most pleasant experience, not speaking of the fact that there is a good chance to catch a cold (if not something else, as people were floating in and out, and the staff never provided anyone with a medical mask or asked to sanitize their hands). In the end my kid never received any sticker or anything else from them and was a bit upset with that fact. When we sat and waited for 15 min, no-one advised us about any symptoms we needed to report (luckily, I was fully aware on what to expect). No one approached us and asked if the kid was feeling ok. Nobody cared about anything. It was not really crowdy in the pedestrian tent, just a few people. Still, the only time we've been approached is when we decided to leave and were told we would need to return from where we came, as they didn't want us to go the same way the cars did. Amazing. Apparently they need to coordinate with the staff that direct people for parking.

Usually a great experience... unless the flaggers want to go home at 4pm... then they turn you away. Literally had just overhead them discuss closing "early". This decision was made by the gate staff and I doubt the testing staff were aware people were being denied service. Very unprofessional staff on their part. Much respect for the actual, hard working staff providing a much NEEDED service.
