★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most professional and friendly Lifelab there is. The best one if you ask me. The worst one is the one on Victoria drive, one staff (old woman) fights with patients and the other staffs all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a decent experience here. It's busy, the elevator is slow (because it's a busy building), and there's usually a lineup. However, staff were good at filtering walk-ins from patients with appointments and who checked in online. Fast and efficient when you finally get in the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-booked online couple weeks before, got my appointment first thing in the morning. Few people already in line, but the check-in moved pretty quickly.
Since I'm on time for my appointment, they called me almost immediately. The lady was very nice & friendly, explained every step of the way, as I was there for multiple tests. All done in approximately 20 min. Very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience deserves 5 stars. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were very organized, every staff had positions to be in. I made an online appointment and arrived on time, and they called my name almost immediately. Other lifelabs I went never honoured online appointments and I would end up waiting outside for quite a while. Although if I had to wait, I quite prefer waiting in the corridor here in contrast to outside (probably cause of the heatwave right now). Plenty of reasonable paid parking price in the parking lot as well. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my review to 1 star. I have always been on time for my appointments. Ive been coming to this location for a very long time. Not once did I arrive late EVER. I’ve been made to wait up to an hour on many occasions. I’ve never complained. Today I arrived 40mins past their “30mins cut off”. I had an emergency, it happens. And they outright refused to see me. It’s not like I came in 2 hours later. I have a baby and emergencies happen. How is it okay to make patients wait and not extend the same to them. I’m so chocked because the amount of scheduling it takes on my end to leave the house with a baby is so much. You could extend that courtesy to people.

Unfortunately there is a nurse who yell at patients mostly elderly.
DO NOT COME BEFORE YOUR APPT TIME .
THIS PLACE REWARDS LATENESS.
My appointment was at 3:15 got there 2:50 and waited till 3:45pm because even people who was late bumped before me. Someone came at 3:30pm for appt at 3:10 pm and boom she was next before me.
NOT FAIR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT book anything with this Lifelabs. They are unreliable, and their customer service did unhelpful. Booked a PCR test with them, and claimed 24 hour return, guaranteed 48 hours. We booked it 64 hours before our flight. The results never came, we were stuck waiting on incredibly long hold times to only be brushed off continuously. Promises of call backs that never came and ultimately a MISSED FLIGHT. I can’t stress enough how much you need to avoid this terribly disorganized company. Take you business to a competent and reliable place. Literally anyone else would be better.
