★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought black boots from here a few month ago and heel started to peel off in the front so I went in and asked about the replacement/repair policy. i was certain that they would not do anything since most other places don't but I was surprised, they happily sent them off to get repaired and thy came back as good as new few week after.quality of shoe can be bit better but other than that like it!

Came in to find out what size I am at the store, they didn’t have my size in the boot that I was looking for and couldn’t even help me find out what size I am in another shoe. (I asked for any slipper or heel so that it’s easy to put on).
Don’t think I’ll buy shoes from this brand if I can’t even find out what my size is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just another shoe store. Usually I wear runners and I would simply just go to Robson's. However I have an upcoming wedding, so might as well try this place.
The salesgirl was friendly and patient to allow me to try several pairs of shoes. Once I settled withy purchase, I bought their version of Scotchgard and received a free shoe horn.

Rude customer service from one girl, might be she is the main Incharge or manager.
She don’t know how to speak in calm manner, I will not come to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely and friendly customer service representative help me today. She made sure I found the right fit. The shoes over all do need more support, but the price is not unreasonable. 5 star service, 3.5 star shoes.
