All the nurses there are friendly and nice , but there is one whoβs name is βKIMβ there is no word that can explain my appreciation to βKIMβ . She hears , understands and feels your pain , and helps you in the best way !!! Thank you!!

β β β β β This medical lifelab gave me the best experience I could ask for amend covid restrictions, and short of staffs, I was well taken care of; from the front desk staffs to my lady friend ( nurse) who excess me had friendy demeanor. I would say I will come back but this isn't a restaurant. Thank you for all that you do for us during this difficult period.
If you are visting this location, please be patient with them and expect longer waits and buy yourself plenty of time...

β β β β β I just dropped by here to get an exam kit. The receptionists with blonde hair and brown bob both wearing glasses were so nice and helpful!
Update: Today, I came back here again to drop off the sample. The staff named Ashley was not nice and helpful.
Ashley seemed she was in bad mood and just wanted to take her stress on me.

β β β β β Went in for my blood test today as a walk-in. Standard waiting time. What made my visit 5*, was when I felt super dizzy after my collection and the nurse who was assisting (didn't catch her name!) was super patient with me. Quickly dealt with my dizziness and allowed me to stay a little longer on the bed, until I felt better. Thank you, I appreciate it, knowing how overwhelmed the healthcare industry is!

β β β β β I recently moved to this neighborhood , this is my third time going to this life labs. With no doubt I could say one of the best service ever, the staff are simply super friendly, with beautiful smiles, they make you feel welcome and well taking care of, in my case every time they mention my medications, the blood thinner and make sure I stay long enough to not to bleed. The ladies in front desk are super professional and efficient , friendly . All together very pleasing and satisfying lab. Thank you for your service.

β β β β β As pleasant as a blood clinic can be! I believe you can book appointments online though I went in as a walk-in at around 10:00am on a Monday. Was told it would be around a 45 minute wait and it was indeed. The staff working there were pleasant, and the nurses were very friendly. I went for the blood test and am happy to report that it was a painless experience. There is a bed in case youβre feeling light-headed or would prefer the blood drawn while laying down, and the nurses are very understanding if you need a few extra minutes to rest due to the aforementioned light-headedness (that was me). Donβt know how often Iβll need my blood drawn, though I wouldnβt hesitate to come back here.

β β β β β I booked ahead of time with the save my spot feature on their website. I barely waited 15 minutes upon arrival. They have a tv with your name and wait time in the waiting room if youβve booked ahead with save my spot. Very nifty.
It was my first time getting blood work done and my nurse was super. If you look around while youβre waiting they have signs and papers everywhere explaining how to take care after blood work. Very useful.
I told my nurse that it was my first time and she made me feel very comfortable. I asked if it would hurt and she was honest with me. It was short, sweet, and easy.
All in all very pleased with my first experience and happy it was at this location.
