This time it was very unorganized, no one asked if I was there for a vax or a test, we were directed to drive in circles and go into lanes and then told to reverse and go into a different lane… by thee end of it we had no clue if we were in the right lane. I was given a form to fill out (asked about allergies, have I previously had a reaction to a vax-which I have.) and no one asked for it so I asked someone if I needed to give it to someone and she grabbed it and recycled it. They had no regard for my appointment time and I ended up getting my vaccine almost an hour after I my booked time. Not a single worker at this site communicated with us, I completely understand they are working in health care during a pandemic and appreciate their service but I have also since read multiple posts on community Facebook groups from individuals who have had similar experiences and talked to others who would also recommend booking your vaccine appointment somewhere else
M	Mani Esmaeili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and angry staff. They yell at you and get angry when you talk to them. So unorganized. Don't go there. You will get nothing, but personal attacks. So unfriendly. go to Burnaby. It's way better.
A	Azaz Piriya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for testing on December 28, 2021 with appointment. It went smoothly. It took less than 30 min. I really appreciate ? ? work of heros working there for us. Working in -14° with PPE isn't easy. God bless you guys. Stay healthy and safe.
J	Jade Ellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not feeling well and had to call into work, I took the self assessment online and was advised to get tested so I booked an appointment for 9:45. I have not been sick or needed a covid test in over six months and the last time I did I don’t even think I went here. I got there and the screener asked me if I had an appointment and if my test was pre surgical, I said yes I have an appointment and no I just have symptoms, he told me to proceed to lane one. After waiting in line and finally getting to see someone, a man approaches my window takes the sticky note off my car and says “so you have symptoms?” I respond “yes” and he just stares at me without saying anything for a few seconds as if to see if I’m lying then asks “have you been in here lately?” And I respond “no” and he does the same stare thing then says “our screener said they recognized you.” So I have to reiterate to this man I have not been there and he says “we don’t want these wasted but I guess I will give you one” mind you all of this happened when I had an appointment which they would be able to tell when I was in last. It was just a ridiculous experience, I’m sick not trying to scam you.
O	Ojus Narawane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tested here at least 5 times. The entire staff has always been very friendly, accommodating and patient, especially when we have gone to do a Covid test for our toddler. Thanks for your service. Bring a pen and keep your Personal Health number and MSP Card handy.
