sold me a car that had major problems... lied about it being in tip top shape, & even got an inspection done by a greasy shop who probably just signed the papers to say everything was good. PSA: don’t trust these nasty dirtbags.

I bought a van from this guy and I played dumb and nieve to see how he interacted with me. I assumed that I was about to walk into the shadiest used car dealership in all of BC and I was very accurate. This was not my first rodeo for buying a used vehicle, but my buddy and I kept that very low key as I observed this snake of a man try to sell me a van with textbook scam artist tactics. He lied about where he got it, and how it ran. He would speak over me when I inquired about the state of the engine, transmission and other hard to inspect aspects - assuring it was fully functional. My OBD2 scanner didn't pick up anything at his lot... Him and his little lady have quite the twisted operation and they're very well versed in the art of scamming people. He'll distract you by talking out of his ass while his lady fills out the transfer papers with little to no information. He'll tell you how cool he is because he knows how craigslist works and the current vehicle market. When the check engine light came on for me when I pulled into my drive way. I called him to politely ask if there was anything he was not telling me about, as he stated in person that it was in tip top condition, mechanically. He paused then resposed with "How dare you ask me that?! Who do you think you are?" And proceeded to confess his scammy ways. I bought it because I knew he thought the engine or trans was about to blow, but really it was just the O2 sensors. That's most likely why it was so cheap. I came out on top in the end with a steal deal of a van that only needs an oil change, O2 sensors, some rust neutralizing and a serp belt change. Don't ever go here. Let this snake's little business crumble please. Do not endorse this guy like I did, you may not be so lucky.

Yesterday I went there to buy a van a little bit scared after reading the last reviews and I had a total difference experience. The two owners where super nice and helpfull, they let us take our time to check everything , they even told us that if we want we could take the car and go check it out with a mechanic. And if you find a minor issue they take care of it immediately. I totally recomend them, even the insurance woman recomend them. Good prices and good attention, perfect mix.

We bought an old Chrysler PT Cruiser from this shop. It was low mileage and decent, and also the price was reasonable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a very positive experience and will definitely recommend our friends to buy cars from them!

Bought a Van yesterday and drove from Victoria to buy it. We asked if it could be held for us which was no problem. They provided us a carfax report and emailed it to us before we drove over. Everything was as described, very friendly staff helped us, let us test drive the van and provided service history. The staff also went above and beyond by staying after hours so we could make the ferry back to Victoria, even helped install the new plates. They also had there very cute dog give us a tour of the van!! I had doubts that we might be making a mistake when i read the other google reviews but let me help clarify things a bit. You are buying a car in the used car market. There is always bound to be a few things wrong with used things of any nature. Sure i understand that most people may not be mechanically inclined but it is up to you to do your research or have a shop inspect it. Depending on what you find reflects price and your decision. Needness to stay the staff was very helpful and i would do business with them again. Thanks guys ?

Great people, funky backyard feel ? I got (so far) a great running van for a great deal. The owners were helpful and generous with their time, and helped me load my motorbike into the back of a van I bought. No easy task! Thanks. The only thing I'd say to be aware of is that there's a $150 doc. fee added onto the price listed, which I wasn't aware of until I payed for the van...so keep that in mind. Other than that great people, doing good business.

Bought my first car from this lot, great prices and easy going knowledgeable owners who were super helpful. Was able to come and get a car within an hour and was off the lot happy in my new ride. The owners were super kind and helpful and I truly felt I had world class service at this car dealership. They have some great off roading vehicles I might have to come back and take a look at those too!! Highly recommend :)
