I had the best experience with one of the best salesperson in Toyota OpenRoad in port moody Mr. Cyrus Ghotbi. He is one of the honest and reliable salesperson that anyone can find. He will help the customer to find the best car, even after that I contact him for more help. He did everything that he could, and he solve my problems. He will give you the best suggestion and keep you from any disadvantage. He is so patient and polite. I will suggest him to anybody that looking for a vehicle.

The staff were super friendly, quick, helpful and made purchasing a vehicle so smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to others. I’ve got my car 3 month back from Shebab who was so professional and result and detailed oriented. last week me and my friends went to get a car for my friend , the other sales representative Paul was so helpful and give us a nice deal .Also Ali the guy who represented car features was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Buying cars is a battle in current market condition. I've been to a few dealerships and came across some arrogant sales representatives in other dealerships. Sadly a lot of places lost their honor when doing business. But Kenneth is one of the best reps I have seen so far. Professional and knowledgeable. He is very friendly and efficient. Explained the possible hurdles and presented the solution before I even ask. Always a step ahead. He's humble and attentive. I guess I just found my go2 person at Toyota.

I've had a great experience dealing with Daniel from the parts department. He has always been professional and responsive every time I've asked for parts. Even when I had to submit a warranty claim, he made the process simple and ordered the replacements for me without me even asking. He processed the paperwork for me and made sure I was taken care of. He's also a great advocate for Open Road Off Road, which is a major reason I am willing to drive out from Langley to Port Moody for parts! Highly recommend dealing with Daniel for any parts inquiries and signing up for Open Road Off Road!

Me and my husband were looking to buy a Toyota Corolla LE model with upgrade. We went to a lot of different dealers and even paid a deposit fees. However, only this location was able to get us our car in the promised time period. They were honest and transparent from the very beginning unlike some other locations that we visited. Cyrus( Salesperson) helped us with ordering the Car. He was amazing, and answered our calls promptly everytime we called him to check on our Car. Bruno( Finance manager) helped us with the financing and documentation, and he was equally amazing. He went above and beyond and was able to get us our car on lower interest rate. We never felt that we were being rushed, and we took long time to complete the documentation process. He gave us a lot of good suggestions about the different packages that they have. Also, everyone we met at this location was helpful. Thank you guys for the amazing experience. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.

Cyrus was our sales rep who's very helpful and approachable. He kept us in the loop when an alternative showed up 2 months earlier. We end up taking the alternative and is loving it. Mao was very caring and personable. He went ahead and put on license plate for us and ensure the vehicle is wiped down (clean and shiny). He also spent the time to explain the features of the vehicle. Everyone else at the dealership were friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase.

The staff at this dealership are the epitome of excellent customer service. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, and compared to Regency, Jim Pattison, and other Toyota dealers, this one takes the cake. Notable is the parts department, who is staffed with the most knowledgeable and friendly employees, especially Daniel. Daniel strives to go above and beyond when helping customers and has helped me find OEM parts for my vehicles when other dealerships didn't. All around incredible dealership, that I would absolutely recommend.

I was in search of a new car since it was time to replace my 2005 Mazda 3. I narrowed it down to a Kia Niro PHEV or a Toyota Corolla Hybrid. My mechanic (the reason I probably got 17 years out of my Mazda) also suggested the Corolla Hatchback (not going to lie didn't even know it existed). Went to Kia, don't want to waste space but it didn't go well. I deliver mail to OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody so as I was delivering their mail I went to talk to the Finance Manager (Chris, also deliver mail to his home) and gave him heads up that I am car shopping and basically narrowed it down to the Corolla Hybrid and Hatchback. Chris said that the Hatchback would come sooner (prior to that I pretty much decided on that) and then I talked to Marin that I wanted to test drive one. Unfortunately, they have no cars to test drive (because of the shortage) so I went to a different Toyota. So I had a test drive lined up at another Toyota. After said and done I didn't even bother test driving the Corolla Hybrid and was ready to start the deal. The guy said to me well if you're serious I will send you to that guy. I'm thinking who are you then? So enough with that I called Marin and said start the paper work I'm going to be there in 15 minutes. I'm not going to say much on negotiations, but considering what has been going on in the car industry I did ok. I was quoted 3 to 4 months and knowing that I pretty much see them everyday they kept me updated throughout the process. So the time went by and I got my car at the 3 months mark (I'll elaborate on that near the end) and went to pick up my wheels. I had Mao as my Delivery Specialist. But what Mao didn't know is that I had 4 pages of questions and that he better not have any lunch plans because I was willing to spend hours there during my pick up. I fired questions left, right and centre and he answer them like a Jeopardy contestant. The ones he didn't know the answers to (knowing he see me everyday) he went to find out the answers to tell me when I delivered the mail in the future days. After spending a few hours there for my pick up, I left and they were probably happy to see me leave since I was holding a car slot in the showroom. I have delivered their mail for the last 6 years, (Chris like I mentioned and even the person that orders the cars Nicole also deliver mail to her home) so it really was a family/mail/collaboration. Just found out, for the years of mail service that my hatchback was flown in which is why I got it in 3 months and not 4. Not saying they are going to do the same for you but I would highly recommend if you're planning on purchasing a Toyota to go here.
