L	Lillia Gombozhapova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely write any reviews, especially for grocery stores, but my experience today was something that I've never experienced before, so I have to do it this time. A cashier at checkout, a young man, was aggressive and extremely rude to me for no apparent reason. I put peppers in clear produce bags, I always do that and never have any problems with it. This young man said in a very impatient manner "You're not supposed to put it in bags". Once I started packing groceries he took them back from me and put them back onto the conveyor belt. I was stunned with it and asked him: "Is that okay if I start packing now?" He responded with "Do whatever's you want, I don't care" in a rude manner. This made me extremely confused and angry at the same time, but it was so busy at the store, so I just left. I understand that this job could be stressful on a busy day, but going out of your way to be rude to someone as a customer service employee is very rare and is something that I have never experienced in my life to that extent. I hope someone sees my review and learns from my mistake to ask for the manager immediately right when this type of stuff happens. I did not do it and now I feel belittled and sad. I hope this guy quits asap because I don't ever want to see his face at the grocery store that I often go to and feel upset.

She rang my items through the till and had to quickly grab an extra item to get my point deal, the cashier told me i was allowed to leave and she would wait. As i came back, people in the line were yelling at me saying there was a line and I had to tell them the cashier was dealing with me. The cashier actually told me to get back in LINE when she was dealing with me already. What kind of service is this? that I'd have to wait in line when all my groceries are at the cashier till and she was waiting for me. I will be talking to a manager regarding this. TO have customers yell at me that I was budging in line and your own staff being so incompetent, it was absolute mayhem.

I have never written a review for a grocery store before but I felt I had to after my experience tonight. At one point I had an employee straight-up lie to my face because they couldn't be bothered to look something up for me. I had another tell me they didn't know where items were despite it being in their department. When I made it to the cash, the cashier had to call for help 3 times for the order in front of me. Not only that but they couldn't figure out simple math, then had to go and find a calculator in order to determine the change for a total cost $98.70 of being paid with a $100 bill. Then when it was my turn to pay, they made me pickup every single item in my cart even though I had 12 of the same heavy item. On my way out, I waited in line to talk to customer service for help with something I ordered. In order to help me, the lady would need to look something up on her computer for me. In the middle of her doing so, the phone rang and she left to go help someone else, leaving me at the customer service standing there by myself. Absolutely horrendous.
k	ken chaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now prices are rising, I still bought a durian last night. Unfortunately, when I prepared to eat it this morning, the flesh was rotten and had gone stale. Fifteen dollars was gone. For me out of work. It really hurts.

I would highly recommend shopping from here for your everyday needs, LOTS of selections to choose from. I would check availability before coming though. Would definitely recommend.
F	Francis Kisin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to explore the Lougheed highway a little bit more in detail and started documenting it whilst at it. I thought this might be interesting for people to be able to gauge pricing and products comparatively to other stores. I started going to the superstore because our neighbourhood 711 closed down due to an electrical fire. And wow, we did not expect the prices to contrast so much. I knew that Superstore would be cheaper but most items were less than half of what I use to pay for snacks and meals at 711. It is well worth the 7 minute drive from my place as their selection is larger and cheaper. Especially their baked goods selection; lots of sweets at unbeatable prices. I have included the price tags along with the products so that you know what they have and at what price point!
