Great variety of party supplies from seasonal costumes to decorations. The variety is quite surprising with lots of items in stock for both children and adults. And if you are looking for balloons, they have a huge display wall of them for your perusal.

I found everything I needed for my daughter's 40th birthday. The store was clean and organized and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It's the go to store for party needs.

See update below--> Tammy turned this around moving from 1 star to 4, great job! Terrible customer service. My wife and daughter walked in on a quiet Thursday. No one else was in the store and they got balloons and party decorations. When they went to fill up the balloons the young man on the counter was deeply engrossed with his phone neither acknowledging them or interested in any sort of customer service. After a few repeated attempts to interrupt him he grunted to the manager on duty who could help fill the balloons. She bregrudgedly walked over grabbed the balloons out of her hands and started to fill them up. She stopped at the last one and said that she had to fill another order and the last Ballon had to wait. No one else was at the store, no one was waiting for them. She spontaneously decided that she had another order to fill and refused to do the last one. My wife asked nicely tonseenif she could do the last one before the big order. The employee refused saying it wasn't her problem and they would have to wait at least an hour until the other order was filled. My wife had to then run to pick up my other daughter and drive back to get the one last Ballon (of a set..) When she arrived the employe trew string at her and then walked away. I get it times are tough these days but this spiteful, vendictive and rude behavior is at a whole new level. This employee needs coaching otherwise you'll loose yet another customer UPDATE ----> so it's birthday season and no one else inflates balloons so tried my luck with them again. Tammy was happy to help inflate balloons I bought at another place, gave great advice, helped choose the best arrangement and Totally turned around my impression of party city. Great job Tammy for turning a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE into a huge win. The basics of customer service go a long way... she's an example of what we should strive for everyday in customer service...

I had a hard time there. Carrie acted like I was a burden when I needed help. It took forever for her to get started on my balloons and then Tammy finished them. I ask 3 times “how long” because I had an Uber coming and was trying to get to my grandson’s birthday. My Uber came and it still wasn’t done. I’m really disappointed that party city would hire someone like Carrie who seems to see customers as a secondary part to her job. Tammy was great when she took over filling up my balloons. She was kind and efficient.

Huge selection of party stuff, reasonably priced if your not shopping last minute. Good location too, right next to a big super store. Pretty much a one stop shop for your party needs. Every colour of balloon you can think of too.

Sad to give it 1 star. I called Many hours ago and spoke to a manger asking about empty boxes for moving. I stopped by hours later. She was supposed to have some empty boxes for me. I was screwed over by Other Horrible people and lost 4 full days of packing and only had today to pack. I have 4 painful diseases and I'm Alone. They had plenty of really nice boxes. I was told they would save them for me and come back. Many hours later I call back and get some Extremely Bad customer service. No boxes. I will Never go there ever again. I would advise others not to as well. VERY BAD SERVICE.

I’m not done ✔️ yet but almost, birthday celebration ? is Tuesday. again another worry free shopping ? experience…. It was even better than the last time because now I have an idea ? where products are in the store ? so it was quicker this time.But if I couldn’t find it the staff was helpful and friendly…. I have a couple more things then I have everything…. Thank you ?? party ? city ? ???

This store has so much for party decorations and theming. Prices are reasonable and the balloons as you can tell has a large variety. Would totally recommend. The store staff do operate shower than I would expect. Waiting in line with 4 other customers took more than 10 minutes
