β β β β β I noticed that my insurance was going to expire at midnight yesterday & made to AC&D 5 mins before they closed & Sandi Dobie was awesome she stayed late to renew my insurance as I needed to make it to work the next day... she was also very friendly & personable which made the experience very easy. thank you Sandi :)

β β β β β Was a Great place to get insurance, but they transferred their best person to maple ridge. So, if you want to get into Sandi''s New location, you have to walk through a crowd of Crack heads to get to the office.
Why punish a great employee ? And, inconvenience Sandi's clients?Shame on you ACND ! This is why your staff doesn't stick with the company.
Bad move ACND !

She is always very quick to respond and very knowledgeable when I have questions about coverage or changes that I may need. Whether I've visited the office in person or have been assisted remotely during the pandemic, I've always received highly professional, personalized attention. I'm very thankful my friend recommended this location and I've loved each and every visit so far. Doubt I'll be going to any other location for a long time. HIGHLY recommended and VERY impressed!

β β β β β I posted a five star review last year after dealing with the best broker I have ever come across in my life, Sandi Dobie. I am 49 yrs old, and never gave much thought to who/where did my insurance. After dealing with Sandi, my thought process definitely changed. We moved away from Coquitlam, but stuck with AC&D because of Sandi. Always, always went above and beyond. I was very disheartened to learn that she had been shuffled away to a very unsavory location. Although she tried to come off as positive, she seemed different - sad. Disappointed. Is this how AC&D treats its 5 star employees? Very, very disappointing. Sandi waved the AC&D flag really high and it is apparent this meant very little. I don't know where she is going from here, but I am going to definitely try to find out and give my business to wherever she lands. Shame on you, AC&D. Do better. And learn from this huge misstep.
