★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not send prescription to this Pharmasave, I have to called multiple time to confirm if that they got my prescription, when they finally find it they uses excuses for their lack of responsibility.
Well I mean it wasn't a confusion, it was lack of caring, and I did call in twice to confirm, I provide my phone number, health care card number, but the staff just wasn't doing her diligent to check. It has nothing to do if you put my Chinese name/ English name or whatever on there. It was just lack of care /respect/ to the customer.
I have been living in the neighborhood for few years and other staff are helpful and friendly. But I am sure that I won't send my prescription to this place anymore.
