★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve yet to have a bad experience here, but the last time was definitely the best! I called and asked if they had any last minutes spot for a pedicure, and they got me in within the hour. The guy who did my pedicure was so nice, gentle, and attentive with my pedicure and made sure everything was how I liked it.

Anytime I've had a nail break etc... They have repaired it without question.
I've had my wedding nails done here and my everyday nails done here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to this salon to get my nails done before and they did a great job. They were very nice and my nails looked fantastic. That being said I went here for eyelash extensions. And they did a horrible job. Not only did I ask for a volume set but I wanted it to be full. When I finished my time they were far from what I wanted. The lashes were far apart and multiple lashes were glued to one natural lash. Needless to say after three days my lashes did not look good. So I went back again and she redid them. AND THEY LOOK EVEN WORSE! During the process when they are supposed to use proper under eye pads they used scotch tape. They cut cotton pads in half and then put it under my eyes. During her attaching the lashes I could feel the tape itching and scratching my eyes. Would recommend for nails not lashes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to another nail salon in Coquitlam for years but recently I’ve just had enough with the horrible attitude of the manager there. My friend recommended image nails and I decided to give them a try. I had a fill on Saturday with We and he did a great job! I love how they use a new file, buffer and drill piece for each client. This is the first time I’ve ever had that experience. All nail salons should really do this as reusing those items is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I will return! I an very happy with my nails!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, atmosphere and of course NAILS! Being new to the world of acrylic nails (got my first full set done a month ago) I was in need of getting them touched up badly so after looking up nail salon open at 9am with good reviews I called and luckily there were some cancellations and I got an appointment in 20 min. The man that works there (I was pleasantly surprised to see a man doing nails) talked me into getting the ombre French tips as opposed to the regular tips but am I glad he did!! They look AMAZING!! He was so gentle and was so great at explaining things to me since I really don't know much about acrylic nails, I will definitely be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried a new place for a pedicure. Came a few min early and was invited to wait in a massage chair! So nice. Unfortunately I did have to wait about 20 min past my scheduled appointment time but Jennifer gave me a very nice pedicure. Happy toes! Price is about $35 for basic pedicure. It's a simple salon that's long and narrow. Nice massage chairs. Covid protocols followed. Very small parking lot. I'd go back.
