β β β β β Andrew from Sharks Contracting was recommended to me by a friend who had work done by them. I was very impressed with their house so I hired Andrew to remodel our bathroom. I was informed when I hired them that they would be on the higher side price wise, but that the higher price was worth it. They were right!! The bathroom looks fantastic. The experience of working with Andrew was really enjoyable. They take the normal stress of hiring a contractor and having a job done out of the equation. Andrew set up a calendar for my project, that I had access to, and they stuck to the calendar. I knew exactly who was going to be at my house and what they were going to do. In addition to the project calendar, Andrew, kept me informed all along the way . Even though the information was on the work calendar, Andrew would call and tell me who was coming over, what time they would be at my house, and what work they were going to do. The workers showed up on time every day they were scheduled. The work they did was impressive! This is quality workmanship and it shows in the finished project. The work crews were all very respectful and treated my home as if it were their own. I fully recommend Andrew and SHARKS for any remodeling project. This was the easiest remodel project I have every lived through and I will certainly use them for any future remodeling projects.

β β β β β After interviewing 5 contractors we decided to go with Andrew as he had great communication throughout the whole process, made me feel at ease and lots of experience. Am so glad we did as the quality in his work really shows and him, Andrew and his team worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final result. We had 2 bathrooms done and the before and afters are incredible (photos attached). Would definitely recommend them and am looking to rehire them for future projects! Kevin & Iren

β β β β β They are so professional and great to get things just the way you like for as close to your budget as is possible. Sharks team recently finished backsplash kitchen, I am very pleased with both the experience and the finished wall. He came back to do an extra work as per my request and didnβt charge me for this extra job. Simply say amazing to work with. I highly recommend them

β β β β β Andrew did our bathroom reno and did a great job! We had a time crunch and Andrew was able to accomodate our request and get the job done on time. We got our bathtub replaced with a cool new rain shower. 1 cool thing about Andrew is that he can work as per the budget, we had a strict budget and Andrew advised accordingly and worked as per the budget. Overall, very happy with his work ?. Work was done just 2 weeks ago, looking at the quality of work, will definitely recommend Sharks Contracting Ltd.

β β β β β We did an extensive research and after several quotes from a variety of local firms, Sharks was the winner. Andrew had listened to all of our requests, and helped us to trim the costs where possible, and also helped us pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone. The results were better than we could ever had hoped. Not to mention the quality of the work, Andrew's attention to detail was spectacular ! Recommend!

β β β β β Sharks did a Fantastic remodel on my home. The quality and workmanship was top notch. This was an extensive remodel touching every room in our 4 bedroom house. Installing a completely new Kitchen and Master bathroom. I would use them again for my next project. Timelines were met and the house became our home. I will continue to use Sharks as we tackle more of our projects in the near future. I highly recommend you give Andrew a call. Thanks Andrew and team !

β β β β β I have nothing but high praise for Sharks Contracting and Andrew ! I got involved with another contractor on a whole house remodel with structural changes (3000 SF). My first contractor got through demo then could not complete the unexpected structural modifications and permitting needed to get the job started. After spending weeks searching for new contractor, we finally met Andrew. He stopped by within days of contact, reviewed the project and quickly came up with a plan to tackle the most complicated aspects of reconfiguring our kitchen and master bath - moving drain lines, supply lines, re-routing electrical, installing a load bearing steel beam, updating stair railing, permitting and so much more. Sharks Contracting had fair pricing and Andrew was willing to work with subs I had already contacted. We love our new home and commend Sharks for a job well done!!
