Not only are they attentive and responsive with their replies, they take great pride with their work and it shows. I've also had them in for carpet 'kicking' to get rid of those annoying carpet bumps and they've removed oily rust stains on light beige carpets seamlessly (see before and after photos) at very affordable prices.
